This is lovely, can you please explain how this was made and drop the ingredients too pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?

A bunch of Egg or Ugu leaves.
A cup of okra.

Boil your meat, fish (smoked catfish or stock)
until soft. Add your soft kpomo about 10 before
removing from fire. .... Set aside.

Put about ½ cup of palm oil in pot & fry for
about 1 minute, add some chopped onions,
after 1 minute, add dry or fresh grounded pepper &
tin tomatoes (if you want).

Allow fry for 2 minutes.

Add your meat and stock, a little more water,
locust beans and more Maggi to taste. Cover for 5 minutes .

Next add Potash ( about ½ maggi cube size or smaller),
and stir. This is crucial to get the okra and leaves soft and succulent.

Add your already your okra stir, don't cover the pot
again from this point. Add your leaves after about 3 minutes and mix it thoroughly into the okra.

5 minutes later, your soup don do.
