This is really funny grin

I am trying to see the part that is funny since except for the fact that you can't just mind ya business.... this is a public space and not a whatsapp group so every body sees this page, riders, drivers, partners and even ehailing company's staff that care to do tatafo too come here to peep and you can afford to joke with som1 that maybe managed to put his own car to get somefin for himself and you just wanna joke while you unknowingly might have put the guy in danger of getting blocked by putting his identity out. This is very bad of you and please expecially if its not you that the driver came to pick please learn to mind your business before you joking take away somebody means of feeding his family. #nooffencemeant

I live in Lekki.

I am not an Uber partner neither am I am everyday rider as I drive, but I have never ever had any issues when it comes to riding on Taxify, as that is the only ehailing app I use. I sometimes even joke with the drivers when they ask me “should I start the trip?” I tell them no please take me free. Then they laugh and tell me how most people cause trouble if they don’t show them they’re starting the trip before starting it. (I wonder how much is the difference? #50naira? #100?)

Most times my girlfriend comes to see me, or request for Taxify from my place to where ever, and what she does when she gets to her choice of destination is she’ll just tell the driver please give me your account number or please send it to the number who requested for you he’s my boyfriend and will make your transfer. And no one has ever had any issues with her or be afraid that she’s not paying. Most times I tell her, “you get mind o”. Every single time they leave and call me and I just tell them to send me the bill plus account number.

I think most times the minute you enter any Taxify, the driver quickly “sizes” you and know if you can be trusted as a rider. And when they conclude that you can be, they feel more comfortable and relaxed.

But my major problems with Taxify cars is neatness, I don’t need anything extra. But don’t come to pick me up with your car being all dusty angry like your car has not seen water all week. I mean I might be going somewhere important and how do I pull up in that? Also I spent money dry cleaning my outfit. This takes out one star.(This is the biggest problem, please clean your cars)

Also some can be very dumb. Be smart when you have to be and be slow when you should be. Don’t be so slow all the time. Especially if I have somewhere important to be and I am a little late. (We all should understand this). Takes or keeps another one star.

How’s the maintenance on your vehicle? Are your legs making so much noise? Will your shock absorbers cause me waste pain when I alight from your car?

Hey Guys,

I'm looking at purchasing a 2017 Grand i10 Hyundai with a Manual Transmission to give out for use on the uber/taxify platform. Are partner drivers particular about the transmission considering you'd spend long hours driving and will there be sny issues registering with uber/taxify?

Bros, get another car..

Haha I already know if I hear the driver is using navigation then that must be the fastest route because well in the long run the drivers are the ones loosing in hold ups. The highest a Taxify driver has done on 3MB was 120. grin most of the drivers are very scared to drive fast o grin who you wan give gbese

Concerning neatness, I think you should make decisions mostly on his interior, and not exterior. A good number of inner roads and streets are untarred. A driver cannot afford to visit a car wash after every trip. If his interior is neat, that should be fine.

And concerning speed, it's relative to anyone. I used to do a 100+ on request. But because some riders can be annoying, I will never pass 90. If you miss your meeting and give me zero star, it's fine

Every rider get their own wahala
I remember on a trip from Abraham adesanya to Ikeja the woman was just complaining that I am too slow that she will be late for her meeting I should go faster I no talk anything.
Immediately we enter 3mb I begin do 140km this woman shout that I should drive 60 and should put on my hazard light so that cars will give way when coming towards me.
I just smiled and asked her won't she be late for her meeting she said I should not worry about that.

The thing is you can't please a rider, so if u enter a taxify and u notice his shocks are bad u should know that Nigerian roads are bad, like u said u live in lekki what of people living in akute, abule egba, ikotun, isolo, ejigbo with bad roads should all taxify drivers refuse their location cos of bad roads

I picked a white man from lekki to chevron and he spilled coffee on the back seat he apologise and gave me 2k to get it clean. Meanwhile another lady with her baby the baby piss for the car ordinary sorry she no talk.
Don't blame drivers or rate them poorly if u feel the service provided is below expectation instead just advise and move on Lagos is big to many mad people especially the illiterate riders that don't know how to use the app.
Bro u can only speak for your self and if eventually ur gf request me and said I should send bank details for transfer on taxify/bolt she is not going anywhere on till I see alert, but if nah uber she is free to go las las uber go pay me.

To maintain car no easy bros with this peanut we earn nowadays. I Changed 2 shocks of toyota Camry at 65k each, totalling 120k few months ago, The money I earned for 2 months. You won't blame drivers whose shocks are bad. Blame it on d fare. It is insanely too low to actually take good care of your car with this current fare. Me wey no dey reject trips to bad places. Now I don dey do am to keep my car healthy and to last long. Now I understood why them likes of ifyeez and co reject trips to bad areas. It doesn't pay to earn money and spend all your hard earned money on repairs. It's like someone is back to square one

At all the bolded: Too Much Information. Nobody really cares.

By the way, what do you mean by "Send me the bill"? Las Las... The ride fare is between 700-1500. Is that one bill? Why are you forming?

Oga for people like me, bill starts from 5k. For people like Gazzuzz, is nomally from 100k to 1 million.

Anything less than that, you simply ask... How much? Send it to me. You want to form Lekki too. Next time you want to talk, be stingy with details. Its your type that want to give testimony in church and be like;

"Praise the Lord brethren. You people know that before things got bad for me, I use to fly Aeroplane to work and then... I started using Danfo due to Hard times. But Last Month.... Bla bla blah.."

Office Location: 3-9 Olu Koleosho Street, Off Medical Road, Ikeja, Lagos

WHY DOES YOUR CAR NEED MYMOTO TRACKER

(1) Security: While anti-theft systems like push-buttons before car start, gear lock, pedal locks etc… are good, ONLY A TRACKING SYSTEM LIKE OURS ALLOWS YOU TO RECOVER (AND ALSO PROTECT) YOUR VEHICLE IF YOUR CAR IS HIJACKED FROM YOU WHILE DRIVING. Our trackers are both anti-theft and recovery in nature. e.g. You should shutdown your car before you sleep at night or park in a public space. Whenever you need to start the car, you enable it also.

(2) Remote Monitoring: GPS Security trackers allows you to monitor your vehicle location remotely from your phone. You are able to view your car’s location in real time (from our IOS/ANDROID APPS).

(3) Vehicle History: Through our online platform (IOS/ANDROID APPS) , you can view where your car had been between DAY X and DAY Y. A plot is shown on a map showing your car’s movement over this period of time.

(4) Remotely Stop Your Car: With our security GPS tracker, you are able to stop your car from ANY PHONE with an sms command. This function can also be carried out through our online platforms.

(5) Geo-Fencing Alarm:If your car goes beyond set a radius (or multi-point), say Lagos, you will be notified by sms.

(6) Other alarms (Over-speed Alarm, Ignition On Alarm, Low Battery Alarm ): Over-speed alarms notifies you via sms when your car goes beyond a particular speed. Ignition on notifies you WHENEVER your car is started. Low Battery Alarm lets you know when your car battery is low.

(7) Daily Mileage report (online platform): Daily mileage report shows you a daily chart (in KM) of your car.

We have heard of one or two expereience of how clients were able to recover their vehicles BECAUSE THEY HAD A TRACKER INSTALLED IN IT. We will be sharing some of them with you based on TRUE LIFE EXPERIENCES.

If you have had personal experiences also, kindly share with us.

YOU'VE SPENT QUITE MUCH TO ACQUIRE YOUR CAR, SECURE IT WITH A TRACKER. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY

Story 1
During one of our installs, the client shared with us how Mr Ayo (not his real name) borrowed his brothers car, and waylaid in the night somewhere in Lagos. Unknown to the thieves, the car had a tracker in it. That same night they tracked the vehicle to a military baracks (apparenntly the thieves had accomplices with military connections). They went with the police and they were able to recover the car (THE DEMOBILIZE FUNCTION OF THE TRACKER WAS USED TO ENSURE THE CAR DID NOT MOVE UNTIL THEY GOT TO THAT LOCATION)...

Story 2
Mr Bayo was bout entering his car in the night somewhere in Lagos when he was attacked. He immediately used his phone to demobilize the car some minutes after they had zoomed away with the car. The thieves ran away when they discovered the car wasn't strating again. The car was tracked to Ajah. Apparently the thieves ran away in fear with the keys of the car grin

maintenance and servicing will be done by owner since its delivery. However, Driver too must be committed too properly managing and maintaining the car, hence the Sunday off for me too actually inspect, if found defaulting. can request a cancellation/disengagement of business and no bad blood. Thanks
