Caverton .......is on its way to KM 5.00 to drink water first.....

DD applied

If you discount caverton with 25% at the closing price today, it is selling at a discount of 110%.
If you discount it with 20%, it is selling at a discount of 163%. It is good to go.

If u truly haven't sold, do me a private mail, so we can arrange for a cross deal via ur broker. Any vol, let's see if we can assist u with the money u need.
But I do have a purchase price limit though.
...I'll be expecting ur mail.

I think CAVERTON will be a different case. I expect it to be on full acceleration in a few days time.
Though not a recommendation. Just an observation.

CAVERTON just released a Q1 2019 result showing a immensely outstanding growth accross all key deriavable revenue and earnings line. ...with REVENUE MARGIN up by over 83%, and PAT growth of over 170%.
With the company already returning near the 25k it paid for YE 2018 to stakeholders in the 1st 3 months of 2019 alone. ...EPS up by approx 167% from 9k to 24k.
Even more so was the fantastic healthy position of the company's FCFE, ROAE, ROAA, GROSS MARGIN, RoIC, and EM !!
...and some persons are selling? Given away such an IMMENSE VALUE !!
Well, for every buyer, there is a seller... the future will prove which one of them had made a mistake.
With CAVERTON, I can bet that it would surely be a COSTLY MISTAKE selling @ this greatly underpriced value.
Rake-off all inherent worries, and this coys FVE should compute @ no less than N10.50 with this Q1 report.

No other fitting word than ACCUMULATE.
The stock screams so loud of that !!

Enough said.
proffesssor over to u. I know u wount dissappint.

Last year same thing you said when Tritri sold his flourmill around N33.

Same thing you said when someone else sold Honeywell around N2:20.

Some thing you said when someone else sold his AIICO @#1:00. And many other instances

Today what is the price of flourmill.AIICO. and Honeywell.?

Let's stops forcing our opinions down people's throats and allow Mr. market do his thing.

Pls sir, speak for yourself. Everybody is expressing himself here. Don't shut down someone because you don't like what they said.
How did he force his opinion on you. Is he the one in charge of your portfolio, making buy and sell decisions for you?

When u respond to an illegitimate claim on social platforms like this, u tend to validate it(even when it is utterly untrue) and unwittingly turn up the volume.
In the past, I also use to be a victim of this.
The way to manage this is to continually put ur emotion in check and IGNORE.
I understand that been human means that one may sometimes be tempted to tell people off. ...especially when such spurious claims is nothing short of ridiculous, way off any reasonableness or painted with absurdity.
There will always be a few halfwits on platforms like this every now and then. ...many of whom are just a few of the same crop of twerps masquerading themselves as many.
People should learn to thoroughly 'sieve' whatever they read here and always apply WISDOM with them.
Pls kindly IGNORE the post... including any that might come after it !!

Cheers my dear.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by austinkenneth: 6:56pm On Apr 29, 2019
Please let's not insult. OGG is not forcing anything down anyone's throat

Due Diligence is advised in Caverton. The Whales who are selling know why they are doing so. They may have some information you do not have and situations like this when there is a high liquidity is when they offload huge volumes.

I can tell you for sure that in the oil industry where Caverton serves, there is massive cost reduction initiative going on. The drive is coming from the IOCs and the NNPC. NNPC has seen that the easiest way for the country to get more from oil is to slash costs heavily.

In line with this drive one of the mandates is that:
(1) all contracts that can be reviewed and revised downwards should be reviewed and revised downwards and given to the lowest bidder.
(2) More persons should move from field locations to office as automation takes root--> Less Chopper flights, less money spent on feeding, more savings etc. The oil industry is far behind in automation.
(3) Pay and staff cuts where necessary

When you hear that the govt will be tougher this time, it is not a joke ooo. It has started already. Contractors for oil companies that provide services in Nigeria at ridiculously high profit margins are targeted in phase 1.

In the Helicopter and vessels space, major revisions will be done industry wide this year. Contracts discussions and awards will be more transparent, revisions will be made, massive discounts requested. There are fears that Caverton's increasing monopoly will be broken.

Let's not forget that whatever Caverton's gain has been Bristow's loss and Bristow might bring ridiculously low prices to the table to recapture a business they've been into for > 40 yrs.
