Thank you comrades for your input. I just confirmed the recommended means of paying Passport handling fee from VFS website for applicants outside SA who applied online. If you have Domiciliary account with any bank, simply take a printout of the document I attached here along with your cheque book and passport number and walk into your bank. Identify the Funds transfer desk and request for an international funds transfer. Give them a copy of the printed document so they can pick all the necessary bank details of VFS South Africa.

As stated on top of this document, your transaction reference number must be: your passport number, your phone number and your full name as it appears on your passport.

Once the transaction is complete, take a copy of the teller or any evidence of the transaction they will give you and attach it to your passport and send through UPS or any fast courier company. Remember our passports must get to them maximum 20 days after online submission of application.

Good luck comrades.
You've done very well with this information.

I don't have a Dom account, but I'll use either Zenith Bank or Sterling Bank for the transfer via Naira account. When I traveled to Australia in 2017, I took advantage of invincible and paid through Zenith Bank, at the rate of ₦305/$1 instead of ₦365/$1 using Debit Card

Yes, you can show POF for each of your kids, wife, an self. You don't need to send money. Print your statement of account and perhaps your wife statement of account, print a travel itenary, your soa should cover your flight tickets. Get a recommendation letter from your bank. Also, you can apply together as a family no need for separate registration.

Thanks for your response, much appreciated.

Solin is right, no need for separate application. There should be a column for dependents in ur application form which will include partner and Children. Your partner and kids don’t qualify for the visa on their own right. Hence they have to depend on u as the principal applicant.

I haven’t seen the form but if there’s no column for dependents in the form, then it will have to be another “partner of a student visa form” or something similar which you will have to fill and submit with yours. That partnership form will definitely come with column for “dependents child(ren).

I don't want to over do, but the list of documents I compiled for submission, hope it wouldn't be too much

2. Letter of Invitation
3. Marriage certificate
4. CAC documents as business owner
5. All professional qualifications
6. Passport Photograph
7. Statement of account
8. Letter from Sponsor to Embassy(HR writing letter)

Nothing like ‘over doing’ when it comes to showing evidence. It’s better to give overwhelming evidence and let the immigration officer choose the significant one than to provide less evidence.

Your list of evidence is comprehensive enough. You will be alright.

I'm about to give up on Nigeria.

My passport will expire in October. In April, I tried renewing and was told to bring ₦28,000 and it would be ready by 15th April. I said I'll wait till May.

Today went to Ikeja and was told no booklet, but if I can.pay ₦60,000 they would bring it out by next Wednesday 15/5/19

We are submitting our applications by 3rd June, here the group leader doesn't have a passport renewed yet

You're applying, I'm applying also along with 26 others from my group. Use the normal approved route via your Naira card or Dom account card.

I registered for our conference, using my Sterling Bank debit card, don't get any middle man I beg you

I don’t think so but possibly .... many factors will have to be considered e.g wages, responsibilities, lifestyle, marital status, hustling prowess etc. but the minimum wages is $17.70 and a full time job is 40hrs.

Averagely people without any major qualifications or skills earn around $40k+ Pa. But might be higher with overtime.
