The Ooni has a way of making fools feel important. I'm sure he wants to add an Igbo bride to his list of acquisitions and that's why he's petting the upcountry baboons.

Stop typing as if you're begeft of commonsense.

If you doubt him, bring proof that it grows in your village, otherwise shut up.

Kolanut only grows in Yoruba land? What type of lie is this? Will you keep quiet? I will agree if you tell me that Yorubas produce it in lager quantities but what the Ooni said is that it only grows in Yoruba land. That's so not true.

I have kolanut trees that I planted myself and they've started producing fruits. My has many, my friend's father has many so what are you on about?
Mumu, do u read the post at all? D man said back then, how many region were in d production then, nd what is d reason for lack of production in other regions? Other regions can grow it but their soil condition isn't favourable, its gonna b more cheaper buying from d Yoruba's then coz they av it in excess, reason y other region doesn't grow it. So he knows what he was saying, u r d one showing intelligence that isn't useful.

Don't mind them. There is ọjị Igbo, which is what our people commonly use. It grows everywhere in Igbo land. We even had it in my family compound years ago.
It's possible it didn't originate from Igbo land, but to say kolanut doesn't grow anywhere apart from Yoruba land is a blatant lie.

A DNA test was carried out in Igboland, Igbos failed woefully. Igbos aren't Jews but are suffering from massive identity crisis.

The history of Igbos is hazy. No verifiable past, no future.
