Ogini shocked

Mayor555:
So what happened was that, he transferred money from another person's account without the person's consent.

Lest I forget, when he first called me he used a number, but subsequently, he called with a private/unknown number. So I held the first number safe.

Police and EFCC were on our tail.. At a time, my brother had to leave his house (him and his wife), they dropped their phone in the lot, and went to a far hotel to spend the night so has to not be busted unawares

Wait sir,
I'll complete the story.

Wrote petition to police station(SIB) we informed the DSS..

In a week, the SIB guys tracked the wife and picked her and her daughter(very beautiful baby girl) from Ibadan and brought her to Ado Ekiti, the SIB guys did their job and got him using the wife(i wouldn't want to mention how they did it,) he was arrested in alawusa in Lagos...

He drove the car to Alawusa, unknowing to him he was going to meet police officers....he was then taken to alawusa police station. Then brought him and the car to Ado Ekiti

from my own investigation, I gathered he somehow got hold of the original account owner's SIM card.

But before Banks could open the accounts blocked, it ran to about 4months with alot of lonnnnng leg.... With good amount of money inside them.

Bottomline, when you lost the SIM that links to your account, act fast by informing your bank and do a welcome back.

Spent over 200k tracking him..

So as not to be caught in the web and busted, we had to move really fast like more than 900 horse power, using money and long leg.... Lolsss... At a time we did 18hours journey straight.... Ado to Lagos ooo.. It was crazy..
The police and EFCC were on our tail.

The owner of the account is in Canada. And he happens to be an in-law to a top officer of the law. My people, it was crazy.

We wanted to, so many people advised us to.. But it only amount to spending more money and most importantly more time...

We just have to thank God we got him and most importantly had our peace of mind back! We handed him over to police and forgot about him.....

The evil was averted, we only have to thank God.

If the police or efcc got to us first, or we couldn't track him down, who we go sue?

A client of mine wanted to sell a 2015 naija used Benz c400 clean TITTLE with 20k miles, told me to help sell. Ok kool, contacted some of my fellow dealers, finally they got a buyer. Buyer did vin check and out of 9 different c400,ours was the only one with a clean title and non tampered odometer. We agreed on price,a friend and I had our own cut of 500k on it. As the car owner already told me he wont be giving me anything.

The dealers that brought the buyer added der own 1m lol. Everything amounts to 13m.

Buyer said he has 12m at the moment,he would go with the car,we can keep the papers, then by Monday he would bring the remaining balance and then pick up the car papers.

Wetin be my own,at least our own 500k don show for the 12m grin He paid the 12m,I gave my client his 11.5m,shared our 500k and went home to lounge as usual with my Hennessy grin

Monday, other dealer called to tell me guy man hasn't been picking his calls and he is yet to come collect the papers and balance the 1m. grin

One day I saw the young fine boy cruising the c400 around ceddi plaza Abuja. I called my dealer friend to ask if he has balance up,I was shocked to ear he hasn't heard from the fine boy since then.

How he re registered a Nigerian used car without due process still baffles me till date,it shows the system is messed up in our country. I was wiser, reason I didn't loose this time around grin grin

The moment that buyer left with the car, I knew it was over... And yes once you have a loyal officer at the licensing office, anything goes.

Phase 2!! After selling few cars to the extent that I have gotten over my loss on the Ford windster. I made yet another mistake, the guy that normally bring my cars from lagos to Abuja after they have been cleared from apapa port wanted to buy a Volkswagen golf 3.This guy knew about my finances, cars I sell even up to my bank balance.because we are so so close. Long story short,I I brought in a golf 3 from Germany, which was around 450k back then. He pleaded to allow him buy the car,but the problem was he has just 200k at hand. How was he going to pay back? His answer was,he would be using the car for transportation in Abuja and its environment,b4 6months or so,he would balance up. Well sounds fair enough.

One month passes and I'm yet to get cash from oga, called him and he was like sorry sir,I will pay you something next month, business is a bit slow. Being that the job I was into back then was tasking that I had to resume 6.30am and close 10pm. I barely had time for other things except on sundays. I would rather rest than go into thug of war grin

2 months after, found out oga don use tokunbo golf 3 go swap with 1997 Honda accord called (Honda bulldog)
grin well what's my own, just pay me my cash. Reason for the swap,he said the golf couldn't carry 4 people at the back comfortably for transportation.

Oya wey my money? No money lol. His wife begged me,family begged me to be patient,he even engaged my friends to beg. We had an agreement for him going to Lagos to bring my cars and then I will keep deducting his money bit by bit till he completes my money lol. Guess what oga found a way to still milk me,its either tire burst on the way or custom asked for money on a full duty paid car or police stopped him for one reason or the other grin

I spoke to a friend one day who advised me to let him go cos one day he might just disappear with one of my cars.

That was how that one ended. 250k gone on golf 3 grin

More still coming o grin I learnt the hard way grin
So so funny. But in reality, such experience could be painful.

It all happened few years back(february 2016), when I got a call for one of my cars in Abuja(2012 c300), since I wasn't in town at that moment, I had asked my colleague to handle things for me which at the end, everything went smoothly(deal sealed).

This same buyer actually became my friend because he loved the maturity and transparency that played out and also was enjoying the car.

Fast forward to 2017, he informed me that he would love to sell one of his cars(a 2008 Mercedes benz) and buy a mildly used 2013 Venza that I should facilitate it all. I agreed since car dealership was my part time job and I had a lot of connects who could actually buy off his Benz.

3 weeks later I got a buyer for him after much hassles. He was so happy and thanked me(i didn't ask him for any commission neither did I add any money ontop his selling price) my plan was to make a little sum when I provide his required Venza.

Now, he was on my neck for a very clean Venza since the wife was making use of the C300 always and he didn't have a private car to himself, apart from his official vehicle which he only uses to work only.

Time went on, I got some Venza's which he inspected and didn't like, I still kept on the search and later found one which was in Lagos, at first he didn't oblige since Lagos was far from ABUJA, but since he couldn't wait anymore he had to send his driver and mechanic cousin of his down to lagos for inspection and further payment once vehicle was okay.

Finally they certified the vehicle was very okay and few months registered, paid and took the car down to Abuja.
I had openly told this buyer(who became my friend) that I would collect 150k as my commission after the whole business of which he accepted to credit me once it pulls tru, I trusted his words and relaxed.

When the car arrived he notified and thanked me, I congratulated him and asked for my money grin he said I should send my Bank account details to him that he would credit me the next day once he goes to the bank of which I speedily typed and forwarded to this Man o!! I come even thank am with prayers when I never see money cheesy ..... The next day by 12pm I called him to know howfar, he didn't take calls not until 6.30pm in the evening saying his Boss tied him down at work, that he would do it for me next day, I pleaded with him that I have some people to settle something out of that cash that he shouldn't fail cry my mind became restless Chai.

The next day happened to be a Friday, this man texted me that he was on his way to the bank, I was so happy and started drafting my budget.
Oboi Ye! 2 hours later the man called me saying his account had issues and it's been rectified and it will take 48 working hours (2working days) that I should be patient with the resolve process. At that point my mouth became bitter, eyes became red. I went to sleep and prayed for a better next week.

Reaching next week tuesday morning he was the first to call me saying by Wednesday morning I would get my money.
My brothers and sisters uptil the said Wednesday morning till today I no see my money o!!!!! cheesy cheesy cheesy (am laughing because of everything that played out)

Kindly note that - all through I and this said client got to know ourselves, we didn't meet eye to eye. (everything was on call, chats, and text messages.
Didn't know his house either. (just knew he stays somewhere at Jabi)

Said Man works with State security services, Abuja.

He later started being harsh on me that I should calm down and be patient that I would receive my money o!!!

Later on, he stopped taking my calls, his lines later Went dead, even when I used different numbers in trying to reach him still no efforts.

I wanted to go viral in exposing him and dealing with him in my own way but I got some advice from elders far and near that I shouldnt.. cry cry cry

The only evidence I had was the few chat conversations, text messages and calls.

My brothers and sisters that was how I lost #150,000 to that wicked man whom I took as a friend and trusted unconditionally. It took some time before I forgot the incidence not until I stumbled upon this post and had a flash back. Lol. It's well.

We run an auto loan scheme where credible individuals can apply and pay in instalments for our vehicles.

We were approached by legalwealth in 2018, he wanted to buy one of our vehicles a toyota Venza, but did not have all the required cash, and opted to trade in his Nigerian used honda accord and add more funds to purchase our vehicle.

I will summarise so this does not get boring.

1. The car he intended trading in (accord) had fake custom duty and he knew. https://www.nairaland.com/4911746/read-why-how-car-almost

2. For a Nigerian used EOD he wanted us to buy his car @ 1.2M which we declined.

3. He later went to our page to defame us calling us "unprofessional" because we didn't dance to his tunes.

I will be posting proof of how it went down.

You can scan the pages further to the front in order to see where/how gazzuzz started displaying his cunning attitude by falsely
bringing a fake plate number. That brought up a 2013 accord despite knowing fully well that mine is 2005 saying it is mine and that it is a stolen car.

After I debounced his claim with evidences of mine, he resulted to bragging about how he would call customs to come after my vehicle. Before I knew what was happening, gazzuzz created an account with username named NSCNIGERIA that night. He brought up a fake post which can be seen in one of the images below and as well attached the old pictures of my office and house buildings to it.

Unfortunately! I've kept the pictures he uploaded, reported to concerned bodies/personalities who I as well how gazzuzz got those pictures should be in connection with calculusx(that will be needed at the right time). I as well reported it to three moderators of nairaland of which one of them removed the fake post on the 23rd of April, 2018.

(4 of his monikers including the fake NCSNIGERIA created on 21st of April 2019 to post a fake/fabricated lie saying coming from customs which I've contacted the moderator he calls on for help about and the moderator got it deleted all appeared at once on this thread => https://www.nairaland.com/5132221/non-accidented-cars-vehicles-lets on 10th of May 2019 as they can be seen in one of the attached images)

See who you truly are in the image below. It is also not new that you are a chronic hypocrite and cunning man who only know how to fabricate lies/facts! !!

ItsJazmin:
But Legalwealth why are you surprised? Gazzuzz has always been a useless person. Putting his mouth in shit that doesn’t concern him, acting like a know it all.
He’ll meet his downfall one day.

Gazzuzz abi Gazzuzzautos or Uche or whatever the f*ck you call yourself. You will meet your Waterloo VERY VERY SOON!

Let's ask the reason viperautos cut out this screenshot from his update in previous?

Just want to let everyone to know that I as well contacted viperautos in 2016 when I wanted to get this
same EOD which I even later got clean title one from a dealer at Meiran on April 4th for say 1.5M ! !!

For the sake of easily visibility, I will copy here all what I posted as my own side of the story on the pages of the thread.
