In addition to what madam mcy has written, there is an additional CSCS fees of 0.3% making the sell charge to be 0.3%+0.875%=1.175%

Therefore:
Buy Charge= 0.875%
Sell Charge= 1.175%

appreciate you, many thanks.

Think about it this way:
Why are people always paying for it at N6 and not letting it stay below N6?
Answer: They may be seeing value.

UBA might close below 6 today cos the guy offloading at 6 is smart as he keeps increasing the offered volume bit by bit in order not to crash the price.

He isn't ready to sell. He should just pump the volume into the market at -10% grin

More value at less than 6.

True if it gets that low and better for me as I would average down further (N6.47 current portfolio average cost).
It has even dropped to N3 before our very eyes few years back.
But whether that is likely now or not, only time can confirm.
Make people wey buy above N6 no hear you oh. grin grin grin

Over 50m units of MTNN shares worth over N6billion has exchange hand @ N119:75k so far.

One funny thing about this MTN listing is its seriously queezing liquidity from other equities.

Which inturn will make other coy CEO's to sit up and make their shareholders happy else in no distance time NIGERIA STOCK MARKET will become MTN STOCK MARKET. grin

I had to bring out my calculator to determine the dividend yield again. Seems both Zenith and UBA will be STEW in the next 365 days.

Dividend yield of MTNN is now below 10%. So what is really the attraction again? It is not my cash that MTNN will use to repay their fine.

Imaging building up any of the above to the extent your annual dividend is fat enough to buy you a car or holiday every year the rest of your life!

https://www.forbes.com/sites/mfonobongnsehe/2019/05/19/meet-the-6-largest-individual-shareholders-in-mobile-telecom-giant-mtn-nigeria/amp/

With a market capitalization north of $6 billion, MTN Nigeria becomes the second largest company on the Nigerian bourse after Dangote Cement which has a current value of more than $8.3 billion.

MTN chose a listing without an IPO, simply opting to list its existing shareholders’ equity. Its current stock price is N108 per share. The paperwork it filed for its public listing also reveals who the biggest individual shareholders are.

Even though most of them on this list have used their MTN shares as collateral for humongous loans according to a highly placed Nigerian banking executive who confided in this reporter, these are the 6 richest shareholders of MTN Nigeria.

Victor Odili
Value of Shares: $244 million

Pascal Dozie
Value of Shares: $102 million.

Sani Mohammed Bello
Value of Shares: $80.1 million.

Babatunde Folawiyo
Value of Shares: $66.1 million.

Gbenga Oyebode
Value of Shares: $55 million.

Ahmed Dasuki
Value of Shares: $53.75 million

Before you put 1 Naira in the Nigerian stock exchange, go and watch THE WOLF OF WALL STREET. Nigerian Stock Exchange is a place run by Judas Iscariots. Go and find out what Ndi Okereke Onyuike did there. Go and find out what Transcorp did there.

People regularly get burnt in that place of corporate scammers, you need sound financial education to make money there.

Let me tell you a secret Mtn doesn't want you to know. There is a company called MTN International (Mauritius) Limited, which has the controlling 76.08 per cent equity, or 15,485,544,050 shares valued at about N309.71 billion. Once they recoup their money paid as fine with extra by gullible Nigerians, they are getting out. That's exactly how Etisalat got a cash investment and Mudabala telecoms (the Arab owners) ran off with the money.

What most people don't know is that just last Friday, Mtn borrowed 200 Billion for a 7 year tenure from a consortium of banks just Friday 17th of May.

You see that fine mtn paid, they are stylishly collecting it back from Nigerians. They would eventually dump everything and run off like Etisalat. They are scamming as much people as possible preparatory to running away.

The banks they obtained the loan from know this but they don't care. They would willingly take over mtn like they did to Etisalat.

This same Gbenga Oyebode on Mtn board is the chairman of Access bank. Go and find out what Access bank did to Etisalat.

We are talking of CAPITAL FLIGHT.

MTN GROUP is the biggest brand in Africa and FOREIGN INVESTORS are ready to stalk BILLION of DOLLARS in it than any shit in NSE.

By the time 50% of fund in NSE start chasing MTNN you will see that most viable COYS in NSE will revaluate their dividend yield while the moribund one will pack up.

Just like the scenario of NITEL before the advert of GSM.

As things stands now MTNN is now the new KING of the JUNGLE watchout for REPRICING of coys that has been cooking their books from time immemorial.

My cash is already burning on the NSE. MTN is not going anywhere, they are here to stay. Etisalat never got to make the type of returns MTN RSA is making. Oyebode is no longer the Chairman of Access Bank. If you see MTNN buy later, please buy it, Sir.

Oga Peterrichy, the prices of stocks on the NSE has no bearing on the figures pushed out by the Coys. Wetin concern Dangote Cement and Zenith Bank with NSE
