TBH, Oshoala can do better. Oparanozie really does have good hold up play; explains why the coach always starts her. Our girls seem to thrive on confidence (and are awful without it) and that goal just tilt the tie in our favor, for now.
Hopefully they stay confident in the second half.

Restart. Korea doing same as 1st half. Trying to keep posession. They are one attack away from conceding a goal.

Jittery defensive moments by Nigeria, but we ride it...or not? Korea dives for penalty. Gets yellow. Thank you ref.

WHoever told these Koreans to get physical is making a mistake. Super falcons will chew them like KFC fried chicken.

Nnadozie again with a very good save. I'll take her as my 2nd wife.

A few dangerous attacks from Korea. We need maximum concentration at this moment. Next 10 mins vital.

Smelling blood, Korea bring on 2 attackers. The coach seems to believe he can break our defence at this moment. How will Dennerby react?

Oshoala so athletic! she just ran a 50 m sprint. Keeper got there first though. We go again. Those subs seem to have doused Korean attack if anything.

Okeke seems to be the target of Korean coach. They want to bypass her and put crosses across. At this time, I'll bring Alice Ogebe to help her.

Chikwelu with a yellow for elbow. Unnecessary yellow.

Chikwelu's elbow has broken the teeth of Korean captain. She needs to be careful.

Assist by 18 year old Okeke. She would never have played if Faith Ikidi wasnt injured. Lessons for Nigerian coaches in general.
