There are several windows in this house, some will be 4 feet wide while some will be 5 feet. Others could be more than that. Thanks.

The estimated sum only includes this building construction stage from the foundation till the roofing of this house with stone coated tiles. All materials, workmanship and supervision are covered.

It doesn't include the plastering of this house, the POP ceiling, the windows and doors, the tiles and electrical wires or kitchen and wardrobe cabinets.

It also doesn't include the cost of building the gate man house or the BQ.
