fabulous85: This is a very big house, the main building is about 312 square metres while the BQ is about 74.01 sqm. The total roof coverage we have so far got from two different people that measured is over 700 square metres of roofing tiles coverage for both buildings. The roofing tiles and roof workmanship is expected to cost over N4,400,000.00 , and this of course excludes the roofing wood and the parapet fascia cost. 2 Likes |

We have completed everything about roofing wood works on this house. We are only doing the ceiling nuggings today. I am fighting to see if we can complete the roof covering by the end of this week. |

We have started buying plastering sand and some other materials. Sand is very hard to secure here so we ought to order more in time. Only one trip supplied in the past 5 days of constant calling. 1 Like

I have paid fully for this roofing tiles to (Wichtech industries Ltd) and even the accessories and transportation but they are out of stock on the roofing tiles. The company didn't inform me there were no stocks on ground when I was paying them on Wednesday morning. We shall wait for the supply of the materials for some days. 2 Likes |

greatqs: For the two buildings, it was a total of 699 sqm. For the Wichtech stone coated tiles, accessories, transport and installation, I paid N3,863,006.00. This will cover both the main building and the BQ as shown in the pictures above. (Roofing tiles, installation and transportation) 3 Likes |

Of course, I got higher quotes with more sqm of materials and higher unit prices from other bidders. This one is more than a million naira higher than the bid I paid for. 4 Likes

We will start work on plastering this house by next week. POP Ceiling, electrical and plumbing works plus other finish works are planned to commence alongside the plastering. It will be a full house. |
