quote author=2mercy post=79305501]The Senator representing Abia South Senatorial District on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, has emerged the minority leader of the Senate. Other minority officers named at a meeting between PDP leaders and senators elected on the platform of the party are Senator Emmanuel Bwacha (Taraba), deputy minority leader, and Senator Philip Aduda (FCT) minority whip. Even as a minority leader, his people will be better represented than even the people of Daura. I don't know why some fools jostle for political offices for their zones when we all know who benefits from them. |

Tareq1105:He is a leader of significant number of senators. For peace to reign, the Senate President must give him due respect first as a senator and secondly as a minority leader. Managing him and his antics are key. |

Griffon:. There is no place a senator owe u any right or duty to construct road for u. Politically speaking, their work is to represent d interest and opinion of his constituency and also to make law. Dey don't receive any FG allocation for such duty. U can argue from d side of benevolently but still yet it depend on his will not ur wish to do so. If u wanna blame for bad road, go and curse dat pot belly useless man dat calls himself Ikpeazu and ur local govt chairman for dat. D man is really doing well in his duty.
