You have no business with redmi note 5a, it's entirely different phone. Better still google those devices

My phone screen just got broken and I want to replace it as I can't use it anymore. Redmi 4a. I've checked Jumia but the delivery date is around July. Is there a way I can get a replacement faster?

My Redmi 5 plus gets hot on the slightest usage. This has been going on for a month or so. What could be the cause? Battery? An app? Would a reset fix this issue? @Gptech @Grandmufti

Really weird. It stays at 39°C on normal usage but it gets to over 40°C while charging (fast charge), so I sometimes put sachet water on top to cool it down.
