Don't mind Africa Prudential registrar.. They are trying to frustrate me as well with their e- dividend mandate procedures.

Cardinalstone and gtl registrar remains the best for me. Quite straightforward.

Gone there 3x, but overcome them with
1.l downloaded morgan share transfer form,signed and sent back to them
(Acknowledged by cscs,everything done by Morgan)

2.collected in person
3.cscs statement
4.confirmation of signature by my bank( Stanbic ibtc= #500)
5.passport
6.identity card( used national LD)

7.frown face


Waiting for my money in few days.
Of all the registrar l went to
They didn't ask for all of those except them.
Only passport.

At last! Just sorted out all my issues with Africa Prudential registrar few minutes ago after a one month tussle!!!

To collect your dividend as a first time investor na real war.

I am yet to collect my full uba dividend from afriprud even though this is not my first time with them on uba.
