please I made 2 orders on AliExpress on 1st May from different store, I received tracking numbers for them and I have been tracking the orders ever since, now my concern is that the last information I got on the status of my order is 15 days ago, I tried to track it on the Malaysian post, I got nothing, I also tried on nipost, i got nothing too, meanwhile the estimated delivery time is May 15 to June 3. How do I get to know the the present status of my order. thanks

If your order doesn't land till the expiration of your buyer's protection, open dispute for a refund and check your nearest post office. If you find it in the PO, you can cancel dispute afterwards
Most times, the items have been delivered to your post office but because you used an untrackable method, they wouldn't buzz u.

I got a call to pick my package today from the post office, but I was disappointed with what I saw, I ordered for a towel but I got a little handkerchief instead, also the price tag on it is different from what I paid, I paid more than what's on the package, the product description showed a big and quality towel contrary to what I received and I feel cheated, I still have 30 days buyer's protection time left, please do I handle this? I'm a first time shopper on alie express. Thanks

If the description is very similar to what you receive, you have no case because it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that descriptions match his or her needs.

I am shocked reading this. You mean that this is the stress Nigerians go through to shop on Aliexpress. Wow!
In Germany here you just download the APP, choose what you want, click buy, enter your credit number. We have no limits on how much should be on the card or at any point. Why is Nigeria restricting online shoppers to only 100$ also nothing like Appeal here o. Uploading proof of ownership of card? Wow quite sad.
Just enter your credit card, address and within 3 weeks it come to you. If you're not around the delivery people give it to your neighbour and leave a note on your mail box. The best part is once you open a dispute even if its just a little error they refund you immediately. I honestly prefer them to Amazon.
