The web design asked for price and prove of ownership which you give them price of very high 4 figures and he asked again if you can prove ownership.

Does this mean they are willing buy at your very high 4 figures if you can prove you own it since they didn't even flinch about the high price you gave but were more concerned about the ownership?

Thank you. I have 62 presently. Two is on bid presently. A guy from UAE chatted me up for days (we had a long chat). He bought one of my domain - intcrypto in king for $250 on a fast transfer Afternic. On discovering his desperation, I asked him to get a refund that I will not sell the name at that amount. We negotiated that he buy Cryptosforex in king with it $650, he agreed. But he wanted me to transfer the incrypto to him first before he bids for Cryptosforex for $400. I disagreed, knowing he could be playing games with me. He was angry and said it is not the end of domain. I was amazed, this is someone that has been begging me like a small boy for days, he actually waited for 60days ICANN lock due to a change I effected in my account. He called severally, send voice notes, surprisingly he could not follow agreement again.

Immediately I was happy, I know that I will be loosing intcrypto at that amount. I quickly went ahead to increase my price 4x the former. Godday contacted me to know if I still want them to proceed the process of selling intcrypto(I know he is the one that called Afternic-Godaddy), I said yes but not at the former price anymore. They messaged me again to know if I am still selling Cryptosforex, I said yes.

For the nissanempire in king, I bought through research on expireddomains, I put it on sale for $7000 then, A client mailed me to know more about it. He said I should call him. I tried severally we couldn't connect, I mailed he didn't respond. I move on. Seeing that it is trademarked, I decided to bring the price so low, forgetting that it is on Afternic fast transfer (meaning you won't be notified before they sell your domain at the price you put it for sale). That was how I sell that I accepted it like that. I have received notification for payment by the grace of God. I am waiting for reflection in my bank acct.

Afternic is a good market place but their charges are too much. Imagine them cutting my $500 sale to 371 at payout. Undeveloped would have been better if only they can expose our domains to much buyers.

Exactly. Changing my nameserver to Afternic a month ago has exposed my domains to many.

If you are using any of the following landing pages, you can use Google analytics ( GA) to track visitors
Undeveloped landing page
Efty landing page
Toughdomains

To set up Google analytics, kindly type " how to set up Google analytics" in Google search, then follow the instructions.

During set up, you will be asked to name your website,Just put undeveloped if you are using undeveloped.com

In the url field, put one your domain listed with Undeveloped... Xyz.com

Set your time zone and save

To generate tracking ID. Kindly type "how to generate Google analytics tracking code" in Google search. The instruction is there with screenshot.

Now Copy the tracking code and login to your undeveloped. Go to settings, you will see where to insert the tracking code you have copied.

Click save.
Lastly go to play store and download the Google analytics. Login view your traffic, provided you have one.
Note : you can only use a Gmail account

yes.....they are very interested.....I'll suggest directing him to reputable market places, afternic and sedo if it's due for transfer.....or on the other hand...... if you're dealing with them with your real details, remove privacy protection, and tell them to check the domain "whois"....after you have confirmed it has reflected o.....my 2cents...

It's not necessary to use afternic name server before your names can be exposed to many buyers, once you opt in for fast transfer....you are good to go.

You are lucky that afternic listed your trademarked name. I have one like that but they refused listing saying they don't list trademarked names
