To an extent because it brings me to my other point which is: because the organization is there employer, under pressure, like during the Warriors playoff injury crisis, the medical team might be inclined to protect their employers best interest more than the players. Key word is under pressure.

That's why he has his own medical team which look after his own interest. He pays them so they're inclined to do whatever favours KD and yes, they ask for external consults but I don't know why some people will just choose to believe the Warriors made all the decisions for KD when he has his team and agents looking out for their client.

Kevin Wayne Durant has 3 Western conference finals championship, 2 NBA championship rings and 2 finals MVP award. No one can take that from him. If you insist he has no rings, then LeBron James has just one ring and if the Lakers win, it would not count by your logic.
