My cousin got a medical request. Can someone please tell me what his chances are that he will get the visa
98%(if he didn't use any fraudulent document to apply)

Before now, a medical request would have indicated an automatic approval. However, recently even those who got passport request are further scrutinized.

That said, I think 60 -70% of the job is done. He has high chances of being approved. I suggest he intensifies his prayers. Am sure it will definately end in praise.

Please note that am not a guru, my submission is based on what I have observed recently.
Nice observation bro but if the applicant didn't use any fraudulent document then approval is sure(I will say 98%.....that's how sure it is). The further scrutiny is to confirm the authenticity of bank statements and some other documents the applicant submitted

I reapplied on June 21st with upfront medicals and my medical has just been updated to pass on my CIC account regardless of the fact that I didn't get any email notification from them. Eligibility review and background check are both running concurrently.

God willing, it will end in praise!

Upload you SSCE with the WAEC or Neco scratch card for confirmation. Thats all.

CampusCastle:
Please, guys, I need help.

Which one is a secondary school transcript? Is it the same WAEC/NECO result.

I applied to Dalhousie University and they asked for 2 academic transcripts.

PHST Partial High School Transcript and
Final High School Transcript.

Who have applied to this school before, please

Good morning guys,

Yesterday, I did my medicals and everything seems great but my pulse rate, which was quite elevated (113BPM). I asked the doctor who attended to me if the information he was filling in were okay (at that point, he was recording that of BP which was 129/75), and he said, "that's fine". I thought I might be referred for ECG after sighting the abnormal pulse rate, but I wasn't. And does stethoscope tells how large/big one's heart is? 'cause I was wondering why the doctor had to move that instrument to the edges of chest down to my ribs region. Do I need to be perturbed with this result?

Lastly, for those who did their medicals at IOM, Ikeja, how long did it take IOM to notify you that your medical result has been forwarded to CIC, and how long did it take you to get a "passed" notification on your portal regarding medicals.

Thanks.

Between 3-5 days, You should get a notification by sms and also get passed on your application portal.

Dude, it doesn't make sense. It better you differ to winter semester so there will be enough time for the application processing.

Good morning everyone. I just want to know if ACADIA UNIVERSITY is good for this cv and if you have any school that you can also suggest for my bro. Undergraduate gp is 4.11/5 in computer science. Just finished NYSC. 21 YEARS OLD. His dad is the sponsor. He wants a course related to computer science. We will appreciate your suggestions. We have seen some schools that are saying we should first look for supervisor before we apply but we dont know how to. Your suggestions will be highly aappreciated. Thanks

Hello guys. Please is it normal to still have background check and eligibility running, even though I've been called for medicals?

I have now received an update on my CIC account that my application has been approved alongside a passport request letter. I am hoping this means that there won't be any secondary background checks because I am planning to travel and will require my passport.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me through the way especially justmellow and tvickie.

Thank you.

Yes, I'm applying for an undergraduate degree.

Do secondary Schools give academic transcript? I have never heard of it before. I thought it's only tertiary institutions that provide transcripts.
I'm guessing that will be hard to get o

Is there any alternative

Your WAEC certificate will be fine. Also do well to append a clear photocopy of a valid WAEC scratch card to it.
