So much deviation from TB so far. Well, back to the intent of the thread.

Have you guys used i-invest app to execute your TB mission?
Their rate seems great only for the obvious that they don't pay upfront but until maturity of the fund subscribed for. Much like a mutual fund in operation but better rates.

Who has been using the i-invest app to invest in TB and how has the experience been?

Candid view please!

Their rates are very attractive. Some people with testimonies will reply you and I doubt if there is any problem with them.

Point of correction, it’s not like mutual fund ; you can’t pull out your money like mutual fund at any time without a penalty.

Mutual Funds also have percentage deduction if withdrawal is done before stipulated (minimum withholding) date (mostly 30days).

Prospective charge and bail lawyer, respect yourself and your age if you don't want me to take you to the cleaner. We are learning from the big guys here and you have not made any meaningful contribution to this thread. What do you want to be remembered for?

Since you are in Abuja, why don't you go to the national assembly? Senators and house of representatives members need aides. If you have money you can also invest in treasury bills, that is what we do here.
At the bolded, I'm aware of that. I only strive to get by everyday, there's no money for TB.
It's about "man know man" here in Abuja. Senator no easy to see like dat nah

God will do it for you. I have only been to Abuja once, but I heard the national assembly members need aides for some positions. Just try your luck; would they stop you from entering the place?

I've being using them since October 2018. And I always acknowledges their services.
They are in partnership with sterling bank for now but I believed they will soon be too big to be hiding under the bank thanks to their credibility and the way they simplify money market investment.

The penalty is 30% of the available profit and payment is always instant.
This is consistent with the rule of Tbills: You can never lost your money and you must always gain.

On land, I got a call this morning that one of my land that is undeveloped has been earmarked for road to open up the area. 2m in 2015, going down the drain. When I realized the area am building twin 3 bedroom flat(federal govt estate) rental is Max of 350k a year, making it 700k a year, I dumped the house at painting stage. I can't put 1naira there again. Over 15m gone. I need about 20years to recoup my money. A project of 50m was abandoned after spending 15m when I realized that max rent will be 5.3m. At this juncture, I discontinued all projects and building and concentrated on TBills. Will only go back when TBills drop to 8%. Have said it here before Thayne regret building the house am living in, hoping to sell when I see a buyer but for 2 years now, no buyer. Never jump into any business because someone made millions. Take out time and study it, read at least 10 different books on the subject matter before dropping a penny.

Instead of sweating to build houses that will take years and stress to recoup the money why not just buy land. Lots of land in good areas .

Where I stay , we moved in the late '90s . Land the. Was about 150k

Now its about 2-5m for a plot.

If it's not used for road, no encroaching as its fallow, nothing untowards about the land,. Now calculate compound interest on 150 since 1990. The only time I advise you to buy landed property is when you have excess money as diminishing returns set in in every aspect of life. Building at this point is premature. Why not get to a point you can buy off a house. Or build in 3 months as the money is available. My view.

Buying of lands is still very risky. Unless the very expensive ones. People are extremely greedy now. I bought a plot of land from a family for 5M, I just found out that the land was also sold to a guy by the last born of the family. Although my lawyer has assured me of victory, the case has been in the court for 2years plus now.

it seems land in southern is problematic but in kaduna and kano and abuja u just take photocopies to land registry to confirm ,collect c.o and buy finish ....u people are dealing on unregistered land or farm land

Am talking of registered land with govt c.of o not some bush area or family own farms .....if u buy a farm land then be ready to fight to get it approved by govt this are the problematic once
