I need urgent help. I am trying to help an uncle of mine put in application for student visa. 2 kids Son - Grade 10 he is 15year algonquin 3 years degree and he is 18 years The wife also secure admission for PSW in same school as that of the son in algonquin. This is a one year program, with 4months preparatory class starting september. How best should they apply for visa? School fees for grade 10 has been paid in full 14000CAD public school, tuition for the son going for college paid in full 18,000 CAD and the 3k CAD for the wife paid.

The mum could have gone with the child that is in grade 10, but she would not be able to work non student with the kind of visa she will be given. That was why she decide to get admission. And they didnt want to take any change that was why they apid as international student for the minor in grade 10 How can we compose a very good letter to support such applicataion |

Refused visa on 28th of June Submitted documents All cic documents Birth certificates and that of my siblings All funds related stuff of up to 41m(both fixed and gratuity for my dad) Dad's letter of employment Dad's promotion and reference letter from place of work Dad's payslip SOA SOP/LOS My Certificate and transcripts(schooled in turkey) Acceptance letter and payment receipt Tax clearance Survey plan Refused based on my current employment status(I am not employed, I am currently serving and I indicated it in the cic form as my current employment/activity) Based on purpose of study (I guess that is generic because my SOP was hot and I made sure I try to convince the VO) Based on personal financial status (I didn't include any of my personal financial statements or anything related to me financially) I am thinking maybe because I indicated that I am serving hence why I was rejected, I have decided to finish my nysc and reapply, but I do not know what to put in the employment field when reapplying. |

pittoilet:Is it that you don’t have a primary place of assignment cos that suffices and there is no evidence of documents which suggest that you are serving. For purpose of study, perhaps if you can state your previous course of study and what you intend to study, it would help. For the financial aspect, including your SOA is not necessary. There’s no letter of sponsorship/affidavit of sponsorship from your dad. I think you should order the notes since you will reapply later. I leave the rest to the ogas at the top. |
