What was the deal all about. Snapping with Siemens staff and promising 11,000mw will add nothing to the national grid. If the power sector is not totally overhauled we're wasting time and money on whites.

I can't imagine how we can achieve it...
mind you, by 2021 and 2023, our population would have increased more.. so the added mega watts of electricity ll be useless
