You have 60days from when your visa was issued to enter the UAE. Your tourist visa takes effect from the UAE airport after your passport is stamped.

Egypt Air is good, I travelled with them when I was coming to UAE. No issues. Layover was 1 hr 30 mins and that was the exact time.

Now, does the certification differ from country to country?Would employers in the uae recognized HSE certificates from countries other than the uae? I would appreciate any constructive criticism.

You can get them anywhere, most of HSE courses are international courses. Provided you obtain the certificate from reputable and accredited centers or agents

go for Nebosh, that's the one uae safety officer jobs demand mostly.

Make sure you get it at an accredited center because the company will search the Nebosh database for proof!

So that means I will be ban for unknown reasons or mistakes that I can go ahead and sue him for forcefully wanted me to work under is company as slave for 2yrs or is there anything else I can do to help out with my situation. Because it's not possible to work with this company, it's just impossible bro. Is there anyone who can help me with better ideas on how to escape from this hell. Because This so called arbab purposely make limited contract for me because he knows I know nothing, and I don't want to sign the offer letter, they talk to me begged me for more than 2weeks b4 I agreed on signing it, he knew his plans and he knew is games.

This is where I need an answer and I need who will give me the correct informatoins, please and please and please I need help in this now, have not sign any contract now what I only signed is offer letter, they want me to sign contract but i don't want this job I want to cancel this contract which I signed d offer letter only, will I still be ban for signing on offer letter only? I believe his company is under labor not freezone, you only signed offer letter, not the one from labor,, no cause for alarm, they can't process your visa... Best thing is to call labor and complain to them what you're facing

Well, I don’t think you have any contract with your company yet. You don’t even owe your employer further explanation once you quit at this point. He knows that you are naive about the law and that’s all. You’re not his employee until you are under his sponsorship.
