No I didn't attach payslips or bank statement. I sent her an invitation letter, copy of my passport data page and residence permit card and copy of my tenancy agreement. That was all.

Didnt you submit their birth certificates? Because this Eco's behave funny sometimes.

Did you put Minor travel consent letter? If you applied alone with them. But if you submitted as a family then the Eco is insane. Because only God factor matters most with this ECO people. They refuse for stupid reasons.

please do post your update if you get any information regarding passport pickup/dispatch. i did my Biometric on 15th July at Lagos(VI)
i got "concluded" email on 29th July and till now no update.

i have sent one enquiry email to UKVI and they said they have escalated my application and it may take another 15 days.
this is really annoying. my travel date is coming very near and this UKVI guys have no mercy

If you included the kids birth certificate, I don't see any other evidence the ECO requires, expect maybe he/she is looking at family pictures not being presented. And are you very sure there birth certificate was scaned at the vac? Cause things goes proper wrong from the scanning section if you not very vigilant.

If you will be reapplying , make sure you add family pictures and be very vigilant at the VAC during documents scanning.

And if you feel you want to contest this decision, then I can supply you with information about how to go about this process.

At least the would help change the idea of these I know it all advice givers �

They always give advice base on one person got a visa this way definitely others can get it the same way.

The ECO is aware all your docs are completed but decided to use his or her discretion to decide you won’t return the kids to Nigeria, in this case the ECO will find one stupid excuse to refuse. You have done everything right but the ECO just don’t wanna issue all of you visa.

If I give advice now some advisers turned ECO would say it’s not true �

You got two options, either you travel with your husband and return to reapply with you and the kids only or your husband with the kids only coz for UK all family applying once ain’t easy and it’s a slim chance.

Judiciary review is long thing while you can reapply

From the last paragraph on the letter..The ECO expects that you submit Minor travel consent letter from your husband stating he is allowing the kids travel with you. If you see well u ll "Parent Consent" in the bullet point of the last paragraph. I think you need to reapply and make sure to include a travel consent letter. My sister inlaw's baby was once denied before too....until her hubby wrote a travel consent letter to the ECO allowing his wife take their baby on vacation. Uk ECO's can be really funny because mehn i dont see any damn reason why the ECO denied them even with your marriage cert, Birth cert and all...the ECO must be a saddist. One must really avoid them and put every damn documents. Mostly the GOD factor is paramount. Wish ur kids luck in their next application!

Or write letter of complain to the embassy about the refusal focusing on the accusation that your kids are not related to you, you don't need to add anymore document.

And i finally got my tier 4 visa .

Hello Justwise dear....Been a while trust ur doing great ... but why is it that some of this ECO'S enjoy dishng out unjust refusal to applicant not even considering that applicants from Nigeria spend alot for application. I mean its just insane ooh. With this kids denial i feel so angry at the ECO making such a stupid accusation even when they saw all evidences. Jesus christ i hail some of dis amateur ECO's wey dem dey put to treat applicants cases.
