I served in anambra state. My greatest surprise was that, in my ppa they write on the board for their waec candidates during the examination giving them the answers. Education wise southeast are lacking behind. I can say it any where any time

I would have believed the list but for the Edo state I saw there. I served in Edo, Owan East (Ikhin) and I must confession that the level of malpractice in the state is so much that people bring students from other southern states to write their WAEC exams there cos of the ease of malpractice. I know this because I served in the state. How sure are we that thesame is not the case in the other top state too.

The best student in entire West Africa WAEC last year was from South West not South East

No it's not everywhere.

Abia state is running more of a syndicate. Even the invigilators know how much to charge per subjects.
