You can use a combination of fresh peppers, onion, ginger, turmeric powder, seasoning, salt.
You mix them together (according to your taste) with vegetable oil and marinade .

Concoction rice with smoked fish and crayfish is always on point.
This should not be mistaken for palm oil rice ...turmeric ( my new best friend) gave it the hue

You can grill with the microwave, just follow the instruction, or better still watch videos on how you can operate it.

I once visit a home that have such microwave. Theirs came with round grill rack which you place on the microwave turntable glass

Some ovens these days will display the steps u will follow when grilling, baking etc and will time itself out when ur food is done.

Smart oven era like fridge, tv,phones, washing machine and other electronics.
If anything I'm gonna buy isn't smart, I have no interest .
