This plantain went to Harvard o. It looks sexy and yummy plus I like the fact that it looks different from the normal road side roasted plantain. Nice one

Very low calories. Complete balanced diet and super easy to make.

Ingredients; couscous, egg, curry powder,zucchini, carrot, green beans and pepper, liquid milk, seasoning and herbs, small salt and red chilli powder and water. No oil except the one used to coat the muffin pan.

yes martell taste way better than henny and it is damn smooth too.
You don't need to mix it at all!
It's actually a taboo to mix it in some parts of the UK
