Nope, I read what he said and it doesn't look like what you said.

waynee2baba:
Lol bruv that wasn't your point, you're derailing. Your initial point wasn't regarding people that tender applications close to their resumption date. Ofc they would get rejected. Your point was that people that are still expecting a reply (like June/July applicants) with their resumption dates close are likely to be refused. The aforementioned sets of people are not the same.

My application for study permit was denied and the points raised were;
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

My dad is my sponsor and I provided assets and bank statements. I am 25, admission is or a PDG in centennial college. I plan on reapplying soon. Could anyone please help on how best to address the concerns raised?.

A decision has already been reached on your application and it's an automatic refusal. Nairlanders should be well prepared that there is a certain period of time (peak period) when the Canadian embassies are faced with multitudinous applications and will intentionally start refusing study permit applications with insubstantial and general reasons. It is at this point in time we start receiving generic GCMS NOTES from potential candidates who were denied of their visas. It might be a shock to you guys seeing so many applicants receiving biometrics correspondence letter/refusals this recent times, however this is the trend I have carefully observed in the past two years and above of my existence on the reputable platform.. A great deal of approvals/medical request will subsequently follow as soon as the refusals have been dished out. As a consequence, you guys shouldn't fright whenever you start facing this changes on this thread.

For the benefit of those that were refused recently, I'll personally advise you from the wisdom of my experiences to use the attached GCMS NOTE in preparation of your visa reapplication because I have noticed an act of using general GCMS note by the embassy has begun.

I wish you all the best

Hello everyone
I have been a very silent reader for years. Been following patiently. I'm sorry I haven't been active here, but I would be very unfair if i keep this to my self

*Approval Alert*
So I applied June 18 paper route
Linked online June 19
Upfront medicals, first time applicant, travel history is only Ghana for 2 days before I submitted
Aug 14, medicals passed
Aug 14, bvl
Aug 19, approved
Aug 19 ready for collection.

I submitted all documents requested for
My dad and mums statement
Paid $8000 cad tuition deposit
Landed doc
Cac
Sop
Police clearance
IOM upfront medicals

I want to encourage everyone waiting for approvals. From june till Aug were the longest in my life. But I never blamed God. Whenever the thought of what if comes up. I just give thanks.
Stay hopeful.
God bless you all

Anyone going to fanshawe, I need accommodation pls,
Thanks

Congratulations!

I am pretty sure your resumption is not fall term perhaps, my dinky advise, wait for the CAC to be readily available.
You're dealing with highly bureaucratic people, so please just chill.

CAC certificate ain't just the RC number and your full names. It's a digital document just like your international passport and it also carries the Registrar- general signature.

Chill bro or you go and sort things out yourself instead of waiting for CAC. Make it real quick!

Thanks bro........ I will work on sorting it out

You should order your GCMS note. It's the only accurate way of providing a detailed record of an applicant's file. You'd get specific reasons as to why you were refused.
