chiwelaw:From my recent findings, I have come to learn that applicants who have an active EE profile and now applying for a study Visa are usually denied of their Visas on the basis of their ties back home, because the visa officer is not convinced about their intent to study in Canada and depart. Although, it was stated that on IRCC official website that having dual intent is legitimate but the visa officer's at the embassy choose to go contrary to the law and reject study permit Applications with EE profile. Also, when applying to any Visa be it temporary or permanent residency to Canada, your UCI - is your unique number and must be entered in all of your applications. You can't be issued a new one. My best suggestion is that you delete the active EE profile and face the study permit application proper since you've a very low CRS score and doesn't qualify you to migrate through the EE pool unless with the aid of a PNP which in most cases is very difficult to get. |

chiwelaw:Q1) Express entry and F1 application are individual application and one doesn't affect the other. Q2) Yes, you should. Moreover, your score appears to be too low, considering the last CRS score which was 457, I think you should focus on your F1 Visa, notwithstanding, if you have a way of improving your score, you can go ahead with either your of plans. |

bennyg24:Hello Bennyg24, Don't break, stay strong. Going by the refusal reasons, its clear the VO had little convincing you have finnace or the sponsorship funds would be made available to you during your studies. In your next application, including your personal SOA and let your brother transfer the required funds (LE + either the balance of the first semester or year tuition fees) as a show of commitment. Then if possible, try to show substantial plans of how you going to meet your LE and tuition fees for the subsequent year Irrespective of contemplating if the gcms notes would be generic or not, request for it before filing in another app. Good luck! |

Kennylad90:Hello Kennylad90, If there's other proof of funds that's liquidated even if the funds in it not huge, the ARM reference letter and certificate would be solidly supportive. Otherwise, based on the suitable way I would advise myself, liquidate the funds. In the erstwhile, showing only the certificate or a reference letter without a BS might have work for some (I have seen just a case here), its better and safe to follow traditional means except if you're spouse is the adventurous type, then he can go ahead but make sure he shows a solid home ties and his level of finanacial establishment and reasonableness should be strong. An advantage of applying with a BS is that on most certain occasions, the closing balance aside, the inflows and outflows plays an unforeseen role towards strengthening the applicant's source of funds and economic earnings unlike investment certificate or reference letter which doesn't possess this trait, but shines mostly as a supporting financial document. Good luck! |
