From this info u just provided, ur husband do not have or hold an EU citizenship... And if he claims to have, that means, he must have been in one way or the other related to an EU. Either by marriage or him self is a white EU.

I am so sorry madam, u miss understood me, never called ur husband a liar, I am only trying to point out the possibility of him being an EU. Since u certain that he is an EU citizen, then the rules clearly state that he can bring his close family into the UK before 31 December 2020.

I am sorry if my previous comment hurts, never meant it that way.

Hello beautiful people,

Please i need your wisdom...

So i know one shouldn't stay outside the Uk for more than 180days in a calendar year.. is it 90 or 180 days?

However, pls what does "calendar year" mean? if i go in October 2019, does the 180days count for 2019 or i shouldn't stay out for more than 180 days for the period, October 2019 - October 2020?

I have some projects to wrap up that might mean i go to UK get BRP in oct 2019 then come back to Naija in same Oct 2019, then finish d projects for Jan 2020. Then i go bk finally to the Uk..

Does that work out?

Please i need an urgent response.

Thanks for anticipated support.

Why do some people get notification that passport is ready to collect one day after decision made, whereas other over a week they still haven’t got the passport ready email. When I went to the visa centre they said the passport hasn’t been dispatched yet, where do they dispatch it to? And the others that got the quick pick up email didn’t they dispatch their own?

There are three visa hub from nija, Lagos, Abuja and the UK (shefield and Croydon)..... Despatch within Nigeria is quick, while outside Nigeria, u receive collection email six days after concluded and despatch mail received. It all depends on the hub handling your matter.

I don’t really understand what you're saying. The biometrics was done in Lagos. And looking at the timelines here majority of people receive their passport within a day or two after decision is made. However I’ve been waiting for almost a week. And I was wondering if that has to do with outcomes or workload at the hub

Oh my days, look at God! I'm so very happy for you, I'm just so thankful that God continues to administer justice....11 weeks....wow, God is good! It was probably that last document you sent, they just realised that there truly was no reason why they should continue to maintain their refusal.

Enjoy every minute of this victory. God has the same victory in store for those who are waiting....He will do it again
