I'm trying hard to understand what you wrote cos you can't be rated by a rider without taking a trip. In other words, if you cancel/rejected a trip, the rider can't rate you cos you haven't rendered any service.

They will tell you they suspected fraudulent activities on your account so you're not qualified. That's what they did to me and I demanded proof or at least which trips they suspected, they couldn't come up with anything. I stopped using their app ever since then, it's gonna remain like that till they come up with a different kind of bonus package. Besides, I'm doing better than when I used to combine 2 apps
