jp130: Morn Boss; Here is your material schedule up-to german floor level (OR the concrete beam over blockwork as you requested) MATERIALS: Cement in Ground Beam ie Fondation Footing = 35 bags (using 150mm as thickness) OR 45 bags (using 200mm as thickness) Cement for Block Setting = 16 bags Cement for Concrete on blocks at DPC level = 12 bags (using thickness as 100mm ie 4inches) OR 55 bags for German Floor) Block in Foundation = 990 nos (using 4 courses as the basis) 8mm Rebar in Starter Column = 2 nos OR purchase 3 dozens of ready-made 9'' rings 12mm Rebar in Starter Column = 8 nos (using 12 columns for calculation - ie just the pent floor area) 16mm Rebar in Starter Column = 16 nos (that's the exact nos needed buy 1 more incase of waste) Granite = I always advice 30 tonnes BUT 15 tonnes would be enough for the Foundation works (without a full german floor) Sharp Sand = 40 tonnes OR 2 nos of 10 tyre Tipper Add N20,000:00k for setting out (if done the right way with profiles, pegs etc) Budget 5 Tanks of Water @ N2,500 each for the project if there no free water source around WORKMANSHIP: Negotiate and ask for advice later. Goodluck NOTE: We design and build also |
