There about 20 universities in north Cyprus and more than 100 in Turkey, majority offer scholarship you can do google search for requirements and how to apply. Full scholarship may be scarce as majority of the university is privately owned and applicants need to be top student to be considered.

Please they haven’t call me back since two weeks and the CIU said they have sent my name back to the embassy what’s going to happen now since school reesume in two weeks time

Wait for almost two weeks hopefully the embassy will call you. If not, then get in contact with me so you can fly with ok-to- board (this allows you travel to Cyprus).

It’s processed by Turkish airline, provided its approved by the airline none of our students have had issues in either port of exit or entry.

How did you go about it as I hear one needs an appointment for submission, I tried to book an appointment but was abortive. Would be kind to get a link and direction on the application form filling. Thanks
