The real knowledge is very difficult to access for knowledge seekers, not interested in joining any brotherhood or cult.

But I was able to get other great books from a very good friend.

I just finished reading one of them, The Code to the Matrix by James Sevan Bomar III. You can get a copy online.

The author's depth about spirituality is remarkable.

It shall always be so, until one has the WILL to endure till the end. As you certainly know, the WILL is the first source of power of a practitioner.

When next you feel like threading any path, think twice before you engage. Do you have the WILL to go till the end? Once you start, please go till the very end, and when you feel exhausted and disenchanted, keep going till the end.

It is required of the seeker to KNOW TO WILL TO DARE AND TO BE SILENT.

Great thread, I have always aspired to be a Buddhist, but then have this strong curiosity for learning, that all these esoteric teachings appear appealing. My late Dad used to have this huge library of books from various sects from Grail message, Rosicrucian, Amorc and even books by Lobsang Rampa. Like @merikh I am quite lazy and cannot maintain spiritual focus for long, this may be probably why I still can't Astral travel, or may be fear of the unknown. @Loj this thread is fantastic, please continue.

Hello I suggest to you the following meditative practice. It is inspired from Islamic tenets and is very effective. People don't know that the Arabic Allah divine name is very rhythmic and appropriate for transcendental meditation. It facilitates the connexion with the higher self.

The caveat here is that you know how to clean your environment. If you don't, take your meditation pose and visualise a spring of water coming down on you, and taking away all filth on and around you.

Use the divine name in a rhythmic manner in pair with your breathing. That's, as you breathe in say Aah - and breathe out with - Lahh.

Do this continuously for 15-20 min for some months and watch your spiritual side become awoke.

Hello there, yes there are a couple of them. Most tantric meditation do not require you to believe in anything, in fact tantra does not even encourage people to believe in anything.

this should be done gradually. Don't rush it. Start from padmasana yoga to open your third eye. All others come easy then.

I've had such experience during major surgery but I didn't go to heaven .
I was rambling away and the anaesthesiologist encourage it. Knew everything around me but I was in another world.
