Yes. Just confirm which of the category you fall in. Engineer, Technologist or Associate. But I think it should be Engineer, going by the number of experiences. make your research.
Ok thanks I will do that

[quote author=sylgreat post=82083130]Pls anyone in the house who is a civil engineer to advice. I have HND in civil engineering, then postgraduate diploma from federal university of technology Minna. I have 8 yrs experience. Can I go for civil engineer?[/quote

I have HND n PGD in civil engineering too with 8yrs working experience, you can't go for civil engineering technologist because
1. that's a skill level 1 occupation and it requires B.eng
2. Has high competition minimum 75pts.

I will suggest you should either go for civil engineering technician or draftsperson.

@bellong n zany, pls throw more light

PGD in Engineering make him qualify for skill level 1 occupation. If his experience is post PGD and he can gather the required point, he can go for it.

Please how do I prove this

Visit the ACS site to check what is required for an RPL.
Take a look at the list of job titles that ACS assesses and their descriptions to enable you choose which of them is closest to what you want.

How long have you been working as an enlightenment officer? Is your biology and biotechnology degree a bachelor's degree? If yes, which university?

The issue here is that the assessing bodies view PGD differently. For example, ACS will equate it to Diploma degree. I am unsure what EA does.

Hello everyone..
I'm an Architect, 28 years old with my BSc and MSc in Architecture from a federal university. I intend to apply for Australia's PRV. I have some questions I need help with please.
1a. I have less than 5 years of experience. Can it prevent me from getting a positive assessment from the relevant body? 1b. Can my service year be added to my overall experience during application?
2. I have evidence to show for my experience but I don't know how to address the issue of Proof of Tax Payment.
3. Architect or Architectural Draughtperson, which do you suggest I pick for an easier process?
4. Lastly, Do Australian authorities require Proof of Funds before issuing grants?
Thank you..

1a. No it can't prevent you from getting positive outcome. depending on the assessing body, AACA don't require experience at all while Vetassess requires minimum of 1 year.
1b. Yes your service year can add to overall experience once it's related to your B.Sc/nominated occupation.

2. You can use your bank statement or go to tax office to pay up

3. Please go for architectural draftsperson

4. No they don't but i think you'll have to tell then how much you have even though you won't be required to provide proof.

If you have experience in motor mechanic, you can assess as a mechanic.

You can assess as a Medical Laboratory Technician which is assessed by AIMS. You can check their website to see the requirements. go through www.anzscosearch.com to search for that occupation. From there you can get the link to the assessing body's site.

Note that Medical Laboratory Technician is a skill 2 occupation which is what you'll be awarded even if you file for a Medical Laboratory Scientist.

Yes, you can use the experiences you highlighted to write your CDR.
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Experience4u(m): 7:20am On Sep 18, 2019
Age 25points
Degree 15 points
Experience 15
English 10/20 points. Incase your English is less than 7777 which I hope not, you can try PTE for a better score.
Spouse point 5 point for English IELTS 6666 PTE 50505050
Total points 70/80

Your husbands law degree may not give you any point.

To begin your journey goto www.aims.org.au to familiarise yourself with what you will need for your assessment
