Has high competition minimum 75pts. I will suggest you should either go for civil engineering technician or draftsperson. @bellong n zany, pls throw more light |

Kelvinhunta: Visit the ACS site to check what is required for an RPL. Take a look at the list of job titles that ACS assesses and their descriptions to enable you choose which of them is closest to what you want. |

Hello Bellong, i need help guys. I studied biology and biotechnology, professional diploma in education, 31 yrs, work as an Enlightenment officer in Health organization. Have some experience in teaching but was paid cash not into my account. Ielts is 7.5 all modules. Please i need help on what next to do cos i really dont understand how Australia PR works. Benrichard: The issue here is that the assessing bodies view PGD differently. For example, ACS will equate it to Diploma degree. I am unsure what EA does. |

Hello everyone.. I'm an Architect, 28 years old with my BSc and MSc in Architecture from a federal university. I intend to apply for Australia's PRV. I have some questions I need help with please. 1a. I have less than 5 years of experience. Can it prevent me from getting a positive assessment from the relevant body? 1b. Can my service year be added to my overall experience during application? 2. I have evidence to show for my experience but I don't know how to address the issue of Proof of Tax Payment. 3. Architect or Architectural Draughtperson, which do you suggest I pick for an easier process? 4. Lastly, Do Australian authorities require Proof of Funds before issuing grants? Thank you.. 1a. No it can't prevent you from getting positive outcome. depending on the assessing body, AACA don't require experience at all while Vetassess requires minimum of 1 year. 1b. Yes your service year can add to overall experience once it's related to your B.Sc/nominated occupation. 2. You can use your bank statement or go to tax office to pay up 3. Please go for architectural draftsperson 4. No they don't but i think you'll have to tell then how much you have even though you won't be required to provide proof. LJ91: |

You can assess as a Medical Laboratory Technician which is assessed by AIMS. You can check their website to see the requirements. go through www.anzscosearch.com to search for that occupation. From there you can get the link to the assessing body's site. Note that Medical Laboratory Technician is a skill 2 occupation which is what you'll be awarded even if you file for a Medical Laboratory Scientist. Mamabigboy: |

@Bellong and other good fellows on this thread. Pls what are my chances to be successful on this Aussie journey. 1. My first degree was materials and metallurgical engineer. 2 years working experience in lagos but the company has folded last 5 years. 2. Working now as an a marketer in a reputable insurance company for 4yrs now. I saw NOI in Materials and metallurgical engineering on the list. Pls can I apply submitting my degree project and SIWES Industrial Traing project and with my 2 years working experince as a metallurgist. How is my chances to be successful?
