He doesn't have to do an academic reference. He could just let the readers know that these ideas are not original to him. That's all. That shows integrity. Which IMO is one of the hallmarks of been a man. While you and I may know that these ideas are not original to him, many on NL do not. And by not been honest about this, one might begin to question his motives. If his goals are to enlighten, then he should not have any problem with honesty. However, if his goal is to control (and be some kinda of NL PUA guru) then his reluctance to shady about the sources of his ideas is understandable.

I think he's asked you to provide a verified source from which he copied these. If you can't I'd suggest you stop talking about copying and stuff...

Definitely someother people somewhere share the same idea and procedure of doing things with him(or anyone) but that doesn't invalidates him saying these are from his experience or knowledge...

By the way there are things I do or maneuver my way into doing without prior knowledge, experience or anyone teaching or show me how to.. After a while I come to discover there are people who've been doing this same thing the same way I 'discovered'..
