Now after taking the drugs for about 3 days, the side effects were terrible and unbearable. I already had a subsisting kidney problem and the drugs was making it worse so I had to stop. What I want to know is what are my chances if I permanently discontinue the drugs? Am I going to seroconvert? I am scared shitless and if this happens to make me HIV+, I am seriously considering suicide.

Something is wrong with you that is worse than HIV, it's called ignorance. Are you saying you don't know it's impossible to contract HIV from an old blade? The virus cannot survive up to 30 mins outside the body and can only be transmitted through fresh blood, blood products, semen, vaginal fluids and in utero. You have just been taking antiretroviral drugs for nothing, with all the serious side effects. Go and get tested and put your mind at ease.

U take PEP(which needs to be taken within 24hrs to 72hrs of exposure to Prevent seroconvertion thats before it merges with your nucleus.)
Moreover,People hardly get infected through needle prick or razor cuts like we would normally think.

Using Only condoms can't prevent you from STDs.
You can use condom and still get infected through kissing and sucking etc.
I know of a case where two guys had a party with a bar girl, after the party one of the guys was infected with chlamydia and staphylococcus and the other wasn't but they both used condoms.

Maybe it's nothing to worry about as some of these Symptoms come after intense and incessant sex.

If you had unprotected sex, then you should the drugs diligently and go for test 4 weeks later. If you were only cut by a razor, chances of being infected are slim to none.
