Yes, you can see stats like whois visit, park visit, marketplace visit.

Just login into your Epik account and click on the *Performance* tab, it will show you all the statistics you need

Just to let you know this is not correct. You can only request for a charge back when it involves physical/tangible goods/items. It doesn't apply to any other form of purchase.

Yes. Her last message was that I should check with my card issuer. But I don't think the problem is from there. I use Gtb. The last time I missed a name with netsol, they refunded me, and it hit my bank account in 3 days.
