Prepared stew last night, with afang soup. I was so knackered after the whole process, I slept off without refridgerating the stew.

It's because the recipe is spice based, then garnished with vegetables .
It might look similar to fried rice but tastes different .
Yaji is the spice mix mallams use for their suya (with it, you can make anything )

I used all the spice at my disposal:
Turmeric powder
Fresh ginger
Curry powder
Yaji
Bay leaves
And so on...

I believe the restaurant I went to is owned by an Italian. Although they make different kinds of food.

Swallow and ogbono soup with different animals ranging from chicken to goat meat to ponmo to shaki . I had to ransack the egusi in the fridge to bring out more meat
