Oh.. Thank you. But I really don't understand.

For those that did only utme, the cutoff is 78 percent right?

Now, for those that did only predegree nko? Let's say their jamb is above 200 and no putme.

Okay

For those Predites, what they did was to convert their final PD score to 40 points , their UTME score to 50 points and their Olevel grades to 10 points.

For example, if a predite scored 320 In UTME and his final PD score is 85 and he had 9 points out of 10 in Olevels, the score breakdown will look like this:

UTME score ÷ 8 = 320 ÷=8 = 40
Final PD score ÷ 2.5 = 85 ÷ 2.5 = 34
Olevels = 9

So, the final aggregate score of this particular predite will now be: 40 + 34 + 9 = 83%

Good evening everyone, please I need help for my elder sister actually she's been at home for 5years now since she graduated from secondary school in as much as she has tried in jamb she still couldn't get admitted.even this year now she didn't get admitted and it has affected everyone in the family cause she is really smart and deserves the admission.Right now we are looking for a university for her that she can still get admitted to.if it a private university it has to be a bit cheap.she intends on offering pharmacy or medical lab science.please help

She should try ebsu MLS the cut off is 210

They don't write post ume exam as well

So if she just score 220 at least next year then I guarantee that she will gain admission
Ebsu medical school is one of the top notch in all State University I mean their facilities is actually better than some fed university

So by your calculation taken x to be the predegree score, it's still 78 (which is the hypothetical 83 percent) that is medicine cutoff?

angry There is no separate cut off, To get your aggregate do what orezy5 has said

(ur jamb score ÷ 8 ) + (ur olevel score hope u can calculate this cause I have forgotten) + (predegree final score ÷ 2.5) = to ur aggregate

Now compare it with the released cutoff for merit, catchment or elds to know where you stand.

Do they allow 2nd choice candidates to partake in their screening? Do they also admit 2nd choice?

This year they didn't even sell post ume at all just apply for them in jamb and wait for the admission

But last year they sold post ume form and 2nd choice was included but when they offer u admission it will pend till you change them to first choice before it fully reflect

Wow!

It's been ages I visited this thread which nurtured my dream. I am happy the dream is still alive and pulsating with greater dreams birthed already.

Cephalocaudal greetings to everyone in the house.

It seems like yesterday when I jammed this thread as an aspirant eating the crumbs from the tables of Dr Lagusta, Lomaxx et all and now typing as a finalist .

Where would you find a tutorial centre owned by a medical student and run solely by a select group of Medical Students of Nigeria’s first and best University – UI?
A tutorial centre dedicated to the training and mentoring of students who aspire to study courses in the faculties of medicine/health sciences/pharmacy and engineering?
A tutorial centre that offers intensively-researched and well-proven personal-study guides for all its students with weekly follow up on progress?
A tutorial centre with student-directed mock tests every week to address each student’s weakest areas?
A tutorial centre that helps the students complete the entire syllabus at least three times before every major exam with focus on the most high-yield points through a daily 7-hour period of intensive lectures?
