Bro this is not Paris ooo. Paris is so beautiful that the French people say "See Paris and Die." They mean that once you have seen Paris, then you apparently have nothing else to live for (for their mind).

Everyone contributed to the development of any developed country. The people, the leaders, and their system. For Nigeria, we are moving but very slow, and then all Nigerians are working towards the downfall of the country. Our leaders, our people, and our system, everything is pulling us full circle backwards.

You are very correct with your anology but in Nigeria everybody felt it only the leader that will developed the country while the followers only watch

Personally, what I know is that one must have atleast an upper degree, however, I am sure some applied with a lower degree and got it.

If you have a powerful Statement of Purpose, a panel of sane people should be able to overlook your class of degree.

SOP is actually giving me issues
Can you help please?

Hi guys,

I am back again with lots of pictures to sprinkle on this thread. It was quite a busy day.

This is the last week of our 2 weeks intensive French class. It's been very intensive to be honest, but until this moment, je ne comprend pas francais et je ne parle pas francais grin grin grin.

Anyway, today, we went to different places, asked questions and did some tourism.

So welcome to tonight's display and I hope you enjoy it.

This morning, we were asked to RDV at Place du Cique. It's a bus/tram stop.

As a good boy wink I got there on time and took some random pictures.

So let's go

I experienced a hitch trying to upload pictures here.

Before, I pass the pictures through whatsapp before uploading it here. I noticed that the picture qualities were reduced by whatsapp, so I decided to upload directly. Each picture is about 5MB but nairaland can't take such size of images.

Leaving me with no option than to go through my normal process which is stressful.

Our first stop is a market, a popular market called Talensac. We were told to go engage the sellers with the what we have been taught in French. Everyone was given a book to fill in their answers. So you can't escape it

Do you remember here? It was our next bust stop. We had some questions to answer.

So let me take you in

Brief history to spice up the display and help you appreciate what you are about to see or what you already saw.

The construction of the Cathedral began in 1434. The cathedral was completed in 1891, taking about 457 years to build. The cathedral's foundation stone was laid on 14 April 1434, by John V, Duke of Brittany (Wiki).

The building process is divided into 5 phases. For more info, please consult google.

Immediately I stepped into this cathedral and brought out my phone to take pictures, I became moody. I wished all of us are here to take a look at this wonderful building. I wished we were all here live to appreciate the output of hardwork. Every part of the building was littered with designs and arms of art that no camera can capture.

Ladies and gentlement, please behold

Every tourist in Nantes must come to this cathedral. It is so beautiful that on week days, the church is open and some seats packed to one side to allow people have access to the entire building.

My phone camera became inefficient in that it did not capture in details the designs on the walls of this building.

So I went closer

There is a tomb inside. It's the tomb of Francois II. He was buried right there inside the cathedral more than 100 years ago

This is the alter. I am sure the statue of Mary and the rest were made with gold. It's amazing to be inside this cathedral
