Watch a video on how to use Page Break and Line Break on Microsoft Word.

Also, align your images to the center. After that, use Calibre E-Book Management software (download and install it on your PC) to convert from doc file to ePub.

If everything I said sounds like French, then watch videos on how to format your book or outsource it.

In this business, you can't do everything yourself. If you dare, you'll end up being frustrated and finally give up on the business.

Give them the additional info and after approval, you'll see that option.

Check your email to see what they told you to add. Though, Nigerians only check emails when they apply for a job and are waiting for an invite via mail.

In this business, you must learn to check mails.

That is a great move, Sir. I like that. Sadly, my chat no longer go beyond Nairaland. Anything you have in mind, ask here and people will learn from the reply I'll give you. Let's keep it open.

If I don't have the answer, Google or YouTube will definitely have it.

The pictures are below.

Yes, I know Buhari and APC brought depression upon most youths, but I'll blame you for letting the depression get a hold of you.

Most depression in 3rd world countries is caused by either lack of money or poor health.

This post is to show you how to stop being lazy or feeling bad because you're from a poor family and start making money with your poor background.

A lot of you are from poor homes, but you come online to act as if you're from a rich homes for people to respect and like you. For someone like me, I don't want anyone to like me and that's why I'm always blunt and honest.

So, coming from a poor home is an opportunity for you to be rich. How? Jeff Bezos is the richest man in the world and he has a company called Amazon.

In this company, he has a section called KDP and in this section, it's all about publishing your stories or knowledge to make money.

Since you're from a poor home, kill your pride and write your story down in a compelling and emotional manner and sell it on Amazon with a great cover, catchy title, keyword, and description.

I'll show you an example.

Trevor Noah, the south African comedian wrote his childhood story called Born A Crime and that book with its audio version makes more 10 million Naira per month on Amazon.

I also have my childhood story, so what did I do? A wrote a book called N0t Born A Crime, But a Stúbborn Dreámer.

These two books are different, but we are both from Africa. Though, he's more popular. Customers who buy his book will end up buying mine too. Pls how can I read your own book?

What I did was to share my childhood story and leverage on Trevor's fame.

When you face hardship, the reward is riches, but my fellow poor Africans don't know this. Write your story down and the world will buy and from there, they'll make you rich.

If you're above 20 years old and you don't have a computer or know how to use a computer, you're not serious in setting yourself free from poverty.

So, I opened Photoshop, designed a cover for the book, wrote the book, came up with a pen name, and it will be live on Amazon before the 30th of this month.

You see, life is all about leverage and taking actions. Some of you will say, "I'm not a writer and my written English sucks."

You are not a writer, but when it comes bullying people online you always know what to write. My dear, you are a writer, but you don't know how to channel it in the right direction.

Peer pressure has led you to being obsessed with bet, drinking, watching football day and night, etc. That, my dear, is time you're wasting and you'll pay for it in the future with depression.

If you want someone or the government to feed you, hunger will kill you or you'll be depressed.

This book will be live for the world to read and guess what? It will generate millions of Naira by this time next year.

I'm not special, but I took action in jotting my story down. A lot of them are embarrassing, but I wrote them down and I'm selling it. To be wealthy, you MUST sell.

The best thing to sell in this 21st century is intellectual properties because they are like renewable energy. You produce one intellectual property and you'll keep selling it for the rest of your life even when asleep.

The more intellectual properties you have, the wealthier you become. Try to read my post on BAYUBAR method of wealth.

The book has made its first sales yesterday. The money hasn't reflected but will in few hours. It's sold at $9.99.

The money has reflected. I sold it for £9.99 and Amazon took 30% and gave me 70%. In the end, my share is £5.77 (depending on the country the book was purchased). So, I made just 2500.

Now, let's do the math. I own this book and I'll be making money from it for the rest of my life even when I'm sleeping, alive, or dead.

Think about it — won't your children and grandchildren be happy if you can create something that will generate money for them even when you're no more?

Wealth is about doing something that generates riches from decade to decade with minimal efforts.

Book money is always small, but when it accumulates, it becomes BIG. So, get started and use YouTube and Google to learn how the process works.

let me tell you guys it's not an easy task, you see him posting his earning you think it's that easy hell no.
there are tons of book on Amazon without sale, keyword research is the most important thing follow by your book cover. most pro has special tools they use like (kdspy & publisher rocket). you will waste many mb on YouTube and Google and will still be disappointed when you realise is not easy like he say here, they will never give you any keyword. use( keywordtool.io & soovle.com& merchant.com etc) all you will find will not correlate to kindle but the general Amazon store.

imagine toilet paper being the most searched for word in Amazon, searched YouTube all you will see are Emeka osai and some twins saying gibberish for some minutes which will end with buy this ebook.

N.B - Am not saying you won't make money but just know there's is more to it than all what he show you. I wish everyone succes in each of their endeavour.

Nice post.

Sadly, I hate when people who haven't succeeded or people who have succeeded at something scare others away by capitalizing on how difficult it is — instead of how fun it would be.

The reason some Nigerians capitalized on how difficult it is is because they don't want other Nigerians to go into the business and end up ruining it for the entire nation. Yes, it's true that where more than 100 Nigerians gather, something must go wrong.

Yes, something may go wrong (I pray it doesn't), but it's good to let people know it's easy, but the initial stage needs dedication. Using the word "hard" is scary. Humans hate "hard" things.

The people who use the word "hard" are those who haven't succeeded or those who have succeeded, but want to make the process seem hard so they can sell a course.

Yes, the best way to sell a course is to tell your buyers how hard it is, but with your course, life will be easy.

Let's be sincere with ourselves. It's not hard, but you need dedication and focus to scale the initial stage. After that, it's all rosy.

This initial stage is what most people call "hard." Sadly, this word "hard" is a word of discouragement.

I life, I never see things as hard and that is why I usually succeed. If we learn not to see things as hard, we'll all be successful in all we do.

The word "hard" is the reason most Nigerians don't hit the gym. The difference between the 6 packs I have today and the 1 pack most of my mates have is the word "hard."

They saw hitting the gym as "hard," but I saw it as "dedication."

Those who will fail will always see things as hard.
Those who failed will always see it as hard.
Those who have succeeded, but want to sell you something will always project it as hard, then their products is the soft spot — this pushes you to buy.
Those who are dedicated will stay focused and see it as a journey, not hard.

I don't want to say much.

If you want to succeed in the business, the key is mastering keywords research, great cover, and great content with less typos.

In Summary, the key is: THE KATS CRIED.

The 9 simple secrets you must know about book publishing on Amazon if you want to be instantly successful in 3 weeks without wasting 3 good years the way I did working blindly like a night hunter without a torchlight.

In fact, they are not secrets, but magics that will change your life for good.

Are you ready?

T = Trust (Trust in yourself that you'll succeed no matter the discouragements or obstacles that come your way)
H = Humility (Stay humble when you finally succeed and teach one or two of your friends who do 9-5 job with low return)
E = Elimination (Eliminate distraction and overworking yourself by outsourcing 90% of the process to enable you scale up faster after your first success as you reinvest in the business and other businesses with your income)

K = Keywords (keyword research)
A = Analysis (analysis of the market for competition and profitability)
T = Title (Simple and catchy title with 1, 2, or 3 keywords)
S = Subtitle (Long tail keyword with other necessary keyword phrases that sound seamless without stuffing)

C = Cover (Simple, yet catchy and professional looking cover)
R = Reviews (Necessary for social proof and more sales)
I = Inspection (Final inspection of all the processes)
E = Email-list (Optin for free download and building your list)
D = Description (Copywriting induced book description that even the devil can't resist to click the purchase button).

Yes, the above may seem hard, but it's not — it requires dedication.

Who you can source? For what? Ordinary conversion?

I hope you're doing all these with a computer. If yes, install Calibre eBook Management software and use it to convert it.

Since I haven't had problems before converting a book with images to ePub, I may not have the best answer you need.

The only answer that has worked for me and continues to work is using Calibre.

For Kindle, upload either the doc file like that or convert it to ePub before upload. For paperback, upload it as PDF.

yes am using a laptop and i have been trying to convert it with Calibre ebook Management all this while.

I think It could be from Calibre version, may be am using the old version.

Is there any disadvantage of uploading the Kindle in doc file
I mean can it be accessible by every potential buyer? if uploaded on amazon will it still look the same way it was on my computer?

No disadvantage. And no, the version doesn't matter. What matters knowing how to use it.

ePub or doc never look the same way when uploaded on Kindle. The only thing that stays the same is PDF for paperback.

Using Calibre to convert is extremely easy. It takes only 5 clicks of a button. I wish I have free time I would've created a short video on how to do it.

Check YouTube to see how easy it is.

Visit www.payoneer.com and create an account with your local Nigerian account details. When you're done, Payoneer will generate you a US account. Now, copy the US account details and go to Amazon to fill your payment details like a US citizen. That's how simple it is.

Apologies to those who sent me a message, but haven't gotten a reply. I have been offline and occupied with offline dealings. This month or year, you'll hardly see me around, but I want you to keep pushing and never give up.

For this book N** Born a Crime, it's been making sales and seeing regular KENP read. Yesterday, it made £20 and it's 1 New Release.

I don't promote the book — I just published and abandoned it, yet it's making money. So, this should serve as a motivation for you to get started in the book business.

You won't regret your effort. Also, try your best to learn and master keyword research.

When I'm fully back, this year or next year, I'll answer all questions and mentions I got. Please, bear with me.

One more thing, Amazon messaged me and told me to enter the book for a story competition and if my book wins, I'll be be going home with a couple of millions in December and a movie right. So, this book stands a chance of being turned to a big Bollywood or Hollywood movie right.

There is first, second, and third position. If I don't win the first, I may win the third position — who knows? So, get started, please!
