Look at what I got from one of the organizations I told. ---> Please come up with a draft copy and address it accordingly. We will work with that and revert.

Kind regards.

How should I go about it please?

Hello everyone, please I am really new on this canada thread. I noticed this is thread 16,and I'm far behind on what must have been discussed on previous thread and posts, but I believe I can get simple straight and precise answers for my questions here. Can I apply to study in canada with 2.2 bachelor degree in Sociology/Anthropology for a masters program in sociology?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Shadypoza01: 6:47pm On Oct 06, 2019
just do the request urself, and if he/she trust u enough and is willing to pay, just input the person's card details for the fee charge and u will be sent a mail about ur required details and a form u will need to sign and scam it back to them, the within the next 30 days u shud get ur GMCS note. i went thru same thing wen i was battling my visa application b4 i left naija.

The minimum tertiary admission requirement for a master's program in Canada is 2.1. Thus, your best shot should be a post graduate diploma.

You have a better chance with a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) program

Good day I was denied a Canada study visa based on this reason
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment

Please how can I respond to this situation if I want to reapply

I regret to hear your study VISA to Canada was delayed. At a glance, I feel there is more to the generic reason that was highlighted by the visa officer. As a consequence, I would advice that you shouldn't only focus on the aforementioned reason, but also cover other important aspects which the Visa officer uses to evaluate the overall admissibility of a Temporary Resident Applicant. The three (3) criteria's used by the visa officer while processing an application are namely; Your home ties to Nigeria, Financial Sufficiency and Purpose of Visit. Majority of applicants who got their VISAS rejected have made the mistake of tackling just the current reason for refusal while neglecting other importants areas of their application, which at the end gets rejected on a different/fresh grounds. Hence my advice that you should leave no stone unturned this time.

I wish you the best in your next application.

Is it the same course? If yes, then you can send the new offer letter to CIC. Another option is wait and allow CIC use the first letter to process your app and if they attend to you before the end of this year you can leave to attend the new school in January. Good luck

Hello great people,
Please my question may not relate directly to the thread but I believe many people here can give me the best answer.

I'm on the application process for a Canadian visa (not students visa) but was asked how many persons in my family e.g. spouse, partner, etc and how much I'll be bringing to Canada for their upkeep?

I'm single but have siblings (most of my sisters are married). If I include all of them we may be about 10 persons. What's the chance of getting visa if I include all of them considering that the amount I need to state should be higher? Or should I just make it myself and the current amount I have?

Thanks guys

Desmondola2020:
Hello house.
I need help with my application. I posted few months ago about my visa refusal.
Reasons
1, travel history
2- purpose of visit
3-personal asset and financial status
4-family tiles.
So I ordered fro my GCSM file..below is the summary of the application

My first application docs were
My sponsors are my parents. Mom n dad fixed deposit over 120m and dad regular acc 11m
My own personal salary acc 7m. My dom acc $7k and fixed deposit 5m. I attached parents 3 company registration but I didn’t attach pay studs. I added my own company certificates too.
So I don’t know what they mean by insufficient funds.

So after reading the gcsm note.
I have made improvements on study plan
Presently. I’m not working for my parent again
I have a proper company with business accounts with inflow n outflow over 6-7m monthly outflow
My salary account bal now is like 7m (600k is my monthly salary that I pay myself as the CEO)
Business acc too is like 7m balance
I have business registration, invoices. Pay studs. Properties. I’m just 27yrs old btw
My tuition fee is $40k Cnd for MBA and I made a deposit of $20kcdn already. I have receipt.
My mom is going to be my sole sponsor now. Fixed account balance 20m.

I’m open to advice on how I can go about my new application. Clas starts January I have to apply this week. Thanks for your reply

10 people is a whole lot. From the VO's perspective, you all are trying to run to Canada together.

What type of visa is this?

Feel free to mention all of them, but also state they are married and are taking care of themselves. You are only required to provide funds for people that are under your care, but since they are not it won't affect the amount you have in your account.
NB: Mentioning them doesn't mean they are traveling with you, CIC just want to know your family members(fill the family info form), but the part where CIC ask if any of them is going to with , say NO.
Good luck

Good morning everyone.

Everything looks good in your application as your background check and Review of eligibility are running concurrently. The background check will be completed soon and you should expect to hear from them before the end of the month.

The question is actually referring to married couples (spouse and kids) and not your parents or siblings as the Canadian immigration have more regard for partners and their kids. Since you're single, you're meant to fill one (1) person in the form, which is you the principal Applicant and provide proof of funds for yourself alone. This is a common question been thrown at applicants who are applying for a permanent residency of Canada.
