Luck is part of this buisness. When an end user wants to buy even if Estibot says $0, if he/she wants to pay $1000 for the name, they will pay. It's as simple as that.

The landing page should be designed in such a way as to remove anything that might stop the buyer from purchasing.

When listing your domain on Epik's marketplace (not just uploading to your portfolio), there is an option for you to display statistics (this includes estibot evaluation), no stats will be displayed if you don't select this option.

My discovery:
Epik displays estibot appraisal for every domain in its marketplace. The implication of this is that when a buyer vists the marketplace to purchase your name, they see the estibot appraisal (epik shows them) , which isn't a true reflection of the domain value. Imagine your name priced at $350 and epik-estibot appraisal is $50 or even $0. As it is in my case for one of my domains.

Aside the estibot appraisal, they also show some other stats about your domain which can inhibit sales.

You probably ticked the show domain statistics while listing it hence, the reason it is displaying those stats which is not favorable to your domain sale . Mine doesn't show that. You can Check up Vegas/\Real/\Estates and Austin/\Airs (both in King) to confirm.

How do your stats appear on your epik dashboard, i listed my domains on epik marketplace for over a month now and I have noticed that my domains don't get any stats. What could the issue be?
