Presidency isnt given, it is taken, and taken through the ballot.

Stand for elections and let Nigerians decide. No one is stopping you from contesting.

Confused lot
Igbos have no political destination.

No focus, no game plan, no action. Just be crying about and fighting everyone.

PDP will never give SE the presidential slot because the North, whether PDP or APC will never give SE the Presidency.

Then why in seven hells are they loyal to the party?? Where lies the wisdom in doing so?

Of course it is taken but it should not be taken by force. The next election should and must be credible enough for the people's votes to count. I just hope the yorubas have a taste of their own medicine come 2023.

Unfortunately, your you are politically worthless and so, your opinions don't count.

Igbos who understand politics already know how to play their game. Only political nonentities think like you.

Igbos don't understand politics!

Presidency or Biafra 2023

Nigerians should start getting used to the reality that the North will always control political power and wheras in the past they would play along with the unwritten principle of power shift for peace, I think recent events have changed that. For me the main cause is the revival of secessionist calls, particularly from the SE (IPOB) and some elements from the SW along with the deluge of hate speech emanating from the SE.

I am putting myself in the shoes of the North and I am saying, you know what these people have broken cover and shown their hand. There is no reason for us to continue to play nice. We own the numbers and the votes, do your worst!!! We will occasionally if we deem fit, hand over power to people we can trust, so long as they understand we own the power and dont try to rock the boat.

My advice to Southerners particularly those of a SE persuasion is to forget about presidency and move on with your lives.

ask them? and while you are doing so, ask them what is the wisdom in relentlessly abusing the very people whose votes you need to become president.

How many votes did you give Atiku?

See, if you guys aren't careful, other regions would be recruiting you to do their yeoman jobs and you would be national slaves.

You've served Ijaws, you've served Atiku, maybe you'll serve Beroms next.

My point is, power should be shared among all the Geo political zones equally. There should be no marginalization. Those crooked yorubas will not smell that seat come 2023.
What makes them crooked if I may ask? This is the excess infusion of emotions we're talking about.

Such a sad commentary.

Exactly what you said before Buhari won his first term.
Exactly what you said before Buhari won his second term.
Exactly what you said before Saraki was humiliated.
Exactly what you said to Eleka and Adeleke.

So long the Yoruba candidate is not supported by those with bad luck, they would win.

To be Sincere we Igbos haven't merited any reason to be President.

With Nnamdi KANU still running around and ipob and Biafra people insulting everybody and leaders of other regions. I don't think Igbo presidency would come anytime soon.

For we Igbos to get the Presidency we need to deal with the Biafran issue permanently I repeat permanently, give Nigeria a reason to know that our allegiance is with Nigeria and not with Biafra.

Make permanent peace with the north and west, then let us be the one to disown Nnamdi KANU and if possible catch him by ourselves and Hand him over to the fg.

This would help in getting us close to that position.
U are not Igbo
