Barely 48 hours after Onitsha tanker explosion, another tanker explodes at Omagba Phase II in Anambra state along Onitsha Enugu expressway, destroying businesses and properties, as at the time of filing this report no life has been confirmed lost.

I hope no life was lost.

Nawaooooooo, 50% of deaths in Nigeria are just so unnecessary.. I mean the government doesn't prepare itself for unforseen circumstances that could lead to loss of lives and properties. Then why do we have Minister for disaster? why do we have NEMA? And billions are being poured into these ministries.

I swear surviving in Nigeria should be featured in 1000 ways to die. Those of us that are still on surviving mode I think we deserve a medal of Honor each!!

Nawao can we just have alternative route for tankers or better yet devise another means of transporting highly flammable crudes... This loss is unbearable already...

Is onitcha under attack or what? This shit is getting out of hand. Nowadays riding in buses or boarding okadas scare me cos these big trailers and tankers will just be swaying on the bad roads as if they want to crush you. We need more safety laws.

What is happening to anambra this Ember Month

There nothing like deliberate attacks here . Has anyone bothered to ask if the roads in anambra are in good condition or if they have good traffic laws in place ?

Are we sure this tankers stuff is not intentional? This needs to be investigated. Smtn isn’t right.

Oil Spills and petroleum fire incidents need to be singled out for urgent attention.

Government should establish and equip Prevention/Emergency Response Organisations at State and National levels to specifically monitor related activities of operators of petroleum facilities in a bid to prevent and effectively manage these incidents when they occur.

Not even fire will stop the movement, let them know that they are even making them to be more stronger in their pursuit.

Now I believe this is a terrorist attack
