More like 98% of death in Nigeria are unnecessary . Think about it across all sectors..

What's wrong with Lagos State and Anambra State tanker drivers?
Anytime there's a news about tanker falling or exploding, it's either Lagos or Anambra.

Are they the only states with bad roads? Or the tanker drivers there are just reckless?
