We had a sunday school competition and so
I represented youth department, we came last. Despite that we were called out to come recieve our gift, imagine that, gift for coming last. I just hid myself under one of the chairs.

I was invited to Jehovah witness i didn't know the routine, so it was time for communion. i was seated at the first seat on the first row, so when they brought the communion the man stood at my front for some good number of seconds so i thought i was supposed to take it so he can go to the next person. I had to take the bread. i became the only one in the church of over 1000 person's to take the communion. When i realized i was the only one who took it. to make matter worse, when they brought the wine i refuse to collect it. every eyes was on me i felt like melting.

Years ago, the whole family went for a vigil together. When it was time for deliverance, the Charismatic brother was calling people in batches. When he called for children, I stepped out like the others and before I know what's up, anybody he lays hands on will jerk jerk jerk and fall then other Charismatic would help the person up... I was trying to decide if the falling was intentional or it was truly the holy ghost in action...
When it was my turn, he laid hands on my forehead and was praying furiously like he did to the others but I didn't fall or should I say the thing no catch me..
I opened one eye and saw my aunt looking at me, then I made up my mind to impress her by falling before they say I am possessed.. Na so I fall backward o, hit head for heard alter floor and passed out

when pastor was preaching i was sleeping on the drums, na so i fall yakata for ground and the whole drum scatter with big noise

Everybody was shocked even the other people who were sleeping screamed Jesus from sleep cos they were all shocked by the sudden loud noise.

Pastor was just looking at me and i just open my mouth for ground cos i no fit talk.

My most embarrassing moment in church was when i wore a newly bought package shirt to church just to impress ma crush who was just a new member in the church.

That day i went to church very early just to sit at the front seat where i will be seen by everybody.
And the church was over crowded since we were having a convention,so i was walking to and fro,and also will be the first to stand up to dance when a song is been played by the praise team.
Little did i know that i had a stained on ma shirt due to the dirtiness of the iron i used to iron ma cloth in the evening.

I didn't know,i was just busy dancing and glancing at ma crush not until one guy like that walked up to me and whisper in ma ear " Bro's you get stain for the back of your shirt " so i had to go outside and confirm and lo and behold the back of ma shirt was messed up with a very big dirt...i was embarrass and left church not to change up but never to return no more.

This nothing na, what about sitting in front with a turned trousers

Embarrassing moment was when I was persuaded to join choir. Well I join choir due to persuasion of the beautiful sisters that they need a brother to join. I rehearse the song very well. Then as lead choir I was to address the crowd with the song. Fear first of all catch me. As I held the mike and I faced the congregation, I forgot the song immediately. I face the choir make dem help me. They were shocked. With microphone in my hand and mouth I shouted "Hello" so many times at them, I mumured some incoherent words back to dem to signal I have forgotten the song, they sheepishly smiled back.
Meanwhile all the pastors where laughing inside out. They knew me to be a shy person and yet they were the ones that convinced me to join choir. I stammered, grumbled, talk, mummured, muttered, gibbered and managed to drag join a few lines I remembered with the help of choir and the helpless keyboardist. As I drop mike and went to my seat the stunned congregation were just looking at me. I have learnt my lesson anyway.

Mine was due to stubbornness.
I always have this saying "that one shouldn't miss church services because of exams"
Some of my friends don't like going to church whenever exams timetable is out.
I was to write a paper on Monday, so I started studying the material as early as from Saturday night. I read through the night(TDB). So when it was Sunday morning, my instinct told me that I will sleep off during church services. I ignore the small still voice and put on my clothes. During the church services I just notice that I will be opening and closing my eyes every 5 minutes, after some minute we where ask to pray, that was the last instruction I remembered until the usher came to wake me up that "I'm ok"
I didn't even replied, I just took my bible and left the Church and all eye's were on him.

It happened to me on happy new year where're entering into new year 2017 and you know most people attend happy new year service, The programme was going smoothly until I started dosing, when I was enjoying my dosing until when I fall down from the chair and landed my yansh on the floor even the chair when leg break if u see how whole the church congregation stare at me, some are Even smiling until my mother came to console me, i was disgraced mehn

Hmmmm, that happened because you did that to impress someone, even if there was a stain, it's a matter of changing your seat to the back and then you listen to the message, I don't have any embarrassed moment in the church.

When I use to worship at winners chapel we had a tarry night program one Friday. As Satan want ham my mom decided to cook beans dat same Friday. My dad was the pastor nd I was just in the congregation cos I didn't join the choir as I didn't go 4 rehearsals. I wasn't even allowed to play any instrument. The first girl I loved came back from her boarding school nd she was in the choir sit. As una sabi tarry night, I slept off only to wake up to hear myself mess one powerful mess. The whole section of the church fixed their eyes on Mr including my crush. I was so ashamed that I had to climb up to go nd sleep. Throughout that week I had to dodge the girl because of shame.

My conclusion:
Even if you're a true man of God your personality will still play a peculiar role in delivering his will. Cause that day I was just looking at the pastor like seriously. ...I was already above 30 year's then o, No be say I be pikin o. .still baffled
