In my last response to you i was only bringing your consciousness of disparity in the so call recession in both Nigeria and Germany. We all know what we really want out of life... One thing that i have observed in most developed countries is they try to bridge the gap between rich and poor even in their recession condition, but here in my Nigeria is a nightmare. Of course i know things may change later in Germany but before then we can't afford to be discouraged with some of these things.

IELTS is 68k with MOD and 75k with British Council, there is no difference between the 2 except MOD is mostly paper based while BC offers computer based.
