Actually, i'm stil in Nigeria struggling to fly out someday...

Now why do i want to travel out?
it is because i've lost faith in the Nigerian dream, i feel deep within my soul that my fate does'nt lie within the shores of Nigeria.

How am i going to raise the funds since i'm as broke as hell?
i'm gonna hustle and hustle hard...its a sink or swim situation, and you knw what? I'm swimming.

Will i have regrets when i eventually leave Nigeria?
Yes, i'm a Nigerian by blood n soul i breath 'naija' ultimately wherever i go i wont spend more than 35yrs before i return permanently to naija.

God bless

It is no lies that the hustle to get out of this country is getting realer by the day...
I want to use this opportunity to invite our Bros and sis to come and enlighten us about their stories because this is Nigeria and everybody have got stories...

What motivated you to travelling out?

How did you raise the funds?

Do you have any regrets after travelling out? I mean was it worth every Kobo?

It's testimony time, you'll never know how your stories will motivate a struggling young man trying to find a way out of this country

The different is outside Nigeria you can do jobs you won't do in Nigeria. Many Nigerians are in Italy doing car wash, and if they do say thing in Nigeria they would make money too, but shame won't allow them.my brother farming is becoming lucrative now go into rice farming and forget traveling abroad for now.

Europe is a shit hole, it's designed to keep you alive and happy to a certain extent but not to be rich ...

On a doctor's salary of 100k pounds per annum, your disposable income is slightly over one thousand pounds per week after tax , and you have to pay your bills from that.
In Nigeria u can become rich if u use ur brain. Eg sell any product at a profit margin of 5760 to 60000 people , u don become millionaire be that.

U have to ask yourself why the Chinese r coming to Nigeria/Africa.

I regret coming to Europe, thankfully Ive re strategized for Nigeria, and I can tell you it's been positive despite all the screams about Nigeria being a horrible country.

Thanks.

U guys nor dey hear word, u stubborn like he goats.

Most Nigerians won't tell you the truth.

You think say money dey fall from sky in Europe or Europe na heaven ?

The things wey u guys carry for head like cars, clothes, house are easy especially on credit, but you'll grow past that mentality.

After several years of work if you are not smart some smart Nigerians in Nigeria doing smart businesses will use you to wipe the floor.

STFU! This is exactly what I've been saying. Nigerians are the major problems of Nigeria NOT Politicians. Imagine this dude's fvcked up mentality. angry

Just look at what this dude is complaining about bills, bills, bills and paying higher than Nigeria, blah, blah. What do you expect? Why do you guys love free stuff? If the citizens or inhabitants don't pay their fair share, how would their economy work? Your own Politicians are busy siphoning public funds meant for these social amenities while you fools keep praising and worshiping them instead of criticizing and opposing them.

You wonder why some pple's mentality or mind state can never change regardless of their environment.

this thread is funny but I'll share anyways...I had been hustling to play football after my university days..schooled in Accra and decided to start from there hoping something works out but my parents kept insisting I come home for my nysc..I sha obeyed because I was pressured by mumcy..you know how mumcies can be na....got to Nigeria 2015 and that was the wrongest time(pardon the word wrongest)...spoke to mum about the football dream and she backed me up..immediately dad also agrees and enrolled me in an academy in abuja there..that was the beginning of the plan to leave naija o..things where so slow..so I decided to go for greener pastures abroad because the the team here in Nigeria I finally signed for never paid me a dime..finally I convinced pops to bankroll my move to Germany for a trial with Frankfurt fc but trust nigerian agents na, they ended that dream by scamming us of 4million naira and that was how my dad pulled out..he was so pissed but mum kept trying to support me...finally I met another agent after a year of sorrow and hard work...he then asked me to bring 2mill for visa and ticket and payment for his services...he finally got me a ticket and visa to Azerbaijan..with hope and thinking my hustle had finished, I got to Baku and found out the man had no club waiting for me o..lolzz...was so devastated and decided to return home and not exceed my stay.. came home and got a job after 4 yrs of chasing football..got married last year and doing well right now..sometimes I look back and laugh but it wasn't funny then o...I feel its not about leaving the country..you can be blessed here if you only get the right connect trust me..wish you all the best
