It’d be very easy to stumble into something that works without knowing the science of why, and think it worked because you were wearing red shirt. Why can’t it last for 5 years or be permanent? Ever heard of placebo effect? How is that not equivalent to juju. the premise for your argument is greatly flawed.

You can't bet a certainty on an uncertainty you're not sure of. It makes no sense even in the concept of sciene you keep mentioning up and down.
