It's scabies. Tell her to start using original Tetmosol (Citronella) soap. She should wash all her clothing and bedding with hot water and hot-iron those that can't be washed with hot water.

It’s scabies. Buy Benzyl Benzoate (300 naira) for her. Let her apply it from her neck to her toes (for 5 days). Warn her not to apply it around any opening around her reproductive area. She can use tetmosol to bathe as well. She should wash most of her clothes and bed sheet in very warm water. If she has cloth-type chairs at home, she should spray all with insecticides.
